The Samsung Galaxy S25+ is the larger-screen option, with Samsung listing a 6.7-inch-class, 3120 × 1440 display that supports up to 120 Hz. The vivo X300 FE is reported to have a smaller 6.31-inch display, a larger-capacity battery and 90 W wired charging—but those vivo figures come from a secondary comparison and should be checked against the specification for your market.
There is no universal price difference: reported prices vary by country, storage configuration, seller and promotion date. The figures below are examples, not current quotes for every buyer.
How the specifications compare
The Galaxy S25+ figures below are from Samsung’s India product listing, so they describe that regional listing rather than every market configuration. The vivo X300 FE figures are reported by Gadgets 360; confirm them on vivo’s official page for your country before buying.

What the display and camera figures tell you
Screen size and resolution
The S25+ has the bigger, higher-resolution panel in the cited specifications: Samsung lists a 6.7-inch-class screen at 3120 × 1440 and up to 120 Hz. The X300 FE comparison reports a 6.31-inch screen at 1216 × 2640. That makes the Samsung a more obvious fit if you want a larger viewing area; the vivo is the smaller-screen choice among these two. Display figures alone do not establish brightness, outdoor visibility or overall image quality.
Camera counts are not photo tests
Samsung lists three rear cameras, including a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. The vivo comparison lists two 50 MP rear cameras and a 50 MP front camera, while Samsung lists a 12 MP front camera. Megapixel counts describe sensor resolution, not the quality of photos, low-light performance or video. The available figures do not establish which phone takes better pictures.
Rank #2
- 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display (3120 × 1440) with adaptive 1‑120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to ~2600 nits peak brightness — providing a large, sharp, and very bright screen.
Battery and charging: compare verified details
The reported capacities are 4,900 mAh typical for the S25+ and 6,500 mAh for the X300 FE. The latter is a secondary-source figure; verify it for your market. Capacity by itself does not predict how long a phone lasts, since real-world endurance also depends on software, display use, network conditions and other factors.
Gadgets 360 reports 90 W wired charging for the X300 FE. Samsung’s product information lists wired charging capabilities for the S25+, but the figures here do not establish a like-for-like charging-time comparison. Check the regional charging standard and compatible adapter before relying on a specific speed. Samsung says the S25+ travel adapter is not included, and that in-box contents may vary by country or region.
Rank #3
- 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display (3120 × 1440) with adaptive 1‑120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to ~2600 nits peak brightness — providing a large, sharp, and very bright screen.
Price difference depends on the market and date
These reported prices illustrate why a direct comparison needs a country, storage tier, seller basis and date. They are not interchangeable or guaranteed current offers.
| Market and source context | Samsung Galaxy S25+ | vivo X300 FE | What the figures mean |
|---|---|---|---|
| Philippines comparison reported by PinoyTechnoGuide | ₱67,990 for 12GB/256GB | ₱54,999 | Secondary-source comparison; date and exact vivo configuration are not stated in the accessed result. |
| Samsung Electronics Philippines promotion, 2026 | ₱70,790 SRP; ₱67,790 promotional price for 12GB/256GB | Not stated in this promotion source | Dated promotion, not a general current price. |
| India comparison reported by Gadgets Now | ₹79,999 | ₹81,490 | Secondary price listing; seller, offer and configuration can affect the amount. |
Before treating any of these as a buying price, check the local seller’s current listing, storage configuration, warranty and availability. No official current vivo price or availability for a specified market is established here.

Which phone fits your priorities?
- Choose based on screen preference: the S25+ has Samsung’s documented 6.7-inch-class, high-resolution display; the X300 FE is reported with a 6.31-inch display.
- Consider zoom needs: Samsung lists 3× optical zoom on the S25+. The listed camera resolutions do not, by themselves, show which phone produces better photos.
- Check battery and charging claims locally: the X300 FE’s 6,500 mAh capacity and 90 W charging are comparison-reported figures, while battery capacity alone cannot predict endurance.
- Compare complete local offers: use the same country, storage tier, seller basis and date, and factor in warranty and any compatible adapter you need.
