The vivo X200T has the stronger listed battery and charging specifications, while the Samsung Galaxy S25+ offers a higher-resolution display and a lighter body. The X200T’s India launch price was lower, but that is not a reliable guide to today’s checkout price: compare the same storage capacity, seller and offers before deciding. Neither the listed camera specifications nor battery capacity alone prove which phone takes better pictures or lasts longer in everyday use.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ vs vivo X200T at a glance
The comparison below combines manufacturer specifications with third-party listed figures. The S25+ price and several of its specifications come from a comparison listing, not a confirmed current Samsung checkout page; vivo’s prices below are launch prices, not guaranteed current prices.

Gadgets 360 lists the Galaxy S25+ at ₹79,999, which is a nominal ₹20,000 above the X200T’s 12GB/256GB launch price. That arithmetic compares a third-party listed S25+ figure with vivo’s launch price—it does not establish today’s price difference. The inspected Samsung buying page did not provide a stable S25+ price, and vivo’s store displayed inconsistent price states for the selected 12GB/256GB listing.

Which display is the better fit?
The listed refresh rate is 120Hz for both phones. The S25+ has a higher reported resolution of 3120×1440, compared with the X200T’s official 2800×1260 resolution. vivo specifies the X200T as a 6.67-inch AMOLED display; the S25+ is listed as a 6.7-inch-class phone. If pixel resolution is your deciding specification, the S25+ leads on the figures available. The cited information does not support a conclusion about which screen is brighter or has more accurate colors.
How do their camera systems differ?
On paper, the X200T gives each of its three rear cameras a 50MP sensor: main, ultra-wide and 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto. The S25+ listing describes a 50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide and 10MP telephoto camera. This makes the X200T’s telephoto hardware particularly notable in a specification comparison, but sensor resolution and camera type do not establish which phone produces better photos or video. No independent side-by-side camera testing is available here.
Rank #2
- 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display (3120 × 1440) with adaptive 1‑120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to ~2600 nits peak brightness — providing a large, sharp, and very bright screen.
The listed front-camera resolutions are 32MP for the X200T and 12MP for the S25+. Those numbers alone do not predict selfie detail, skin tones or low-light results.
Battery, charging and everyday portability
vivo specifies the X200T’s battery at 6200mAh typical capacity and 6060mAh rated capacity, with charging up to 90W wired and 40W wireless. Gadgets 360 lists the S25+ at 4900mAh with 15W wireless charging; the sources cited here do not establish its wired charging wattage. These specifications favor the X200T for stated capacity and charging rates, but they cannot tell you how long either device lasts between charges under your usage.
Rank #3
- 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display (3120 × 1440) with adaptive 1‑120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to ~2600 nits peak brightness — providing a large, sharp, and very bright screen.
The listed weights point the other way for portability: 190g for the S25+, versus 203g or 205g for the X200T, depending on color. Both are large-screen phones, so consider weight and one-handed comfort alongside battery specifications.
Software, ecosystem and durability considerations
vivo’s India specification page lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on the X200T. Samsung’s buying page presents the S25+ within its Galaxy ecosystem, including accessories and purchase paths such as Samsung Care+ and exchange. Availability and terms depend on region. The cited sources do not establish comparable software-support durations, so check the manufacturers’ current support information if the number of years of updates is important to you.
Rank #4
- 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display (3120 × 1440) with adaptive 1‑120 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to ~2600 nits peak brightness — providing a large, sharp, and very bright screen.
The listed water-resistance ratings are IP68 for the S25+ and IP68/IP69 for the X200T. These are ratings, not permission to deliberately expose a phone to water; vivo specifically notes that resistance can decline with wear.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You prioritize the larger stated battery capacity and higher listed wired and wireless charging rates.
- You want a 50MP sensor listed for each rear-camera role, including a 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto.
- You prefer Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and can confirm a worthwhile live price for your chosen storage variant.
Choose the Samsung Galaxy S25+ if
- You value the higher listed display resolution.
- You prefer the lighter phone on the listed weights.
- You want Samsung’s Galaxy ecosystem and purchase options such as Care+ or exchange, subject to local terms and availability.
Before buying either, compare the current checkout price for matching storage and offers. If your decision hinges on camera quality, battery endurance, software support or screen quality beyond resolution, the specifications cited here do not settle that question.
