The Samsung Galaxy S25 is the better fit if you want a compact, lightweight phone; the OPPO Find X9s offers a larger, higher-resolution display and substantially greater listed battery capacity. In the India price listings available for this comparison, the two phones are not shown at matching storage, stock, and retailer conditions, so those figures do not establish a dependable price gap.

Which phone is easier to carry and use?
Galaxy S25: choose it for a smaller, lighter phone
Samsung lists the S25 at 162 g and 70.5 mm wide, with a 6.2-inch screen. Those dimensions make it the more compact option on paper and the stronger fit if carrying comfort or one-handed handling matters most.

Find X9s: choose it for more screen space
OPPO lists a 16.74 cm display with 2760 × 1256 resolution and a maximum 120 Hz refresh rate. At about 202 g and 73.9 mm wide, it is the larger, heavier device. The specification difference supports a screen-size comparison, but not a judgment about brightness, color accuracy, or viewing quality.
Which has the stronger battery and charging specifications?
The Find X9s has the larger published battery figure: 7,025 mAh typical and 6,840 mAh rated, with up to 80 W SUPERVOOC wired charging. OPPO also lists 55 W PPS and 13.5 W PD compatibility. Samsung recommends a 25 W adapter for the S25; the accessible Samsung specification extract does not expose a battery-capacity figure, so this comparison does not quote one.

These figures do not prove how long either phone lasts in everyday use or how quickly it charges. Actual results vary with workload, settings, temperature, and charger or protocol. A USB-C charger will not necessarily deliver the Find X9s’s maximum SUPERVOOC rate.
How do the cameras and processors compare?
Camera hardware
Samsung specifies a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. OPPO’s cited specification page lists camera and video capabilities, while an independent listing describes three 50 MP rear cameras. Megapixel counts and lens specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos or video; compare sample images in the conditions you care about before deciding.

Processor names
The S25 uses Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, and the Find X9s uses MediaTek Dimensity 9500s. Chip names alone are not a reliable basis for declaring a performance winner; this comparison has no independent, comparable benchmark results.
What is the price difference in India?
The available listings are an India snapshot, not a matched live-price comparison. The S25 listing was marked out of stock, while the Find X9s figures vary by storage, colour, and retailer context.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Galaxy S25 if a smaller body, lower weight, and Samsung’s specified 3× telephoto camera are priorities.
- Choose the OPPO Find X9s if you prefer a larger, higher-resolution display and its listed battery capacity and charging options.
- Compare the exact local listings before buying if price is decisive: the cited India prices do not match on storage, availability, or retailer conditions.
The listed release dates also differ: 91mobiles gives 22 January 2025 for the Galaxy S25 and 28 May 2026 for the Find X9s. These are listing dates, not a statement of availability in every market. Verify regional configurations and current retail availability before purchase.
