The Galaxy S25 Ultra stands out for its higher-resolution display and S Pen support. OPPO’s Find X9s lists three 50MP rear cameras, a larger stated battery capacity, 80W wired charging and a lower weight. Those specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos, lasts longer or performs faster. A current price difference also cannot be calculated fairly from the available figures: OPPO’s prices are Indian launch prices, while no matching current Samsung price is established.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra vs OPPO Find X9s: specifications at a glance
| Specification | Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra | OPPO Find X9s |

| Battery and charging | Not stated in the Samsung specification extract cited here | 7025mAh typical (6840mAh rated); up to 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging |
| Weight | 218g | 202g |

| Software | Product page references One UI 7 features; update duration not stated in the cited extract | ColorOS 16; OPPO India says five years of OS updates and six years of security updates |
The figures come from different regional product pages: Samsung India, OPPO Malaysia and OPPO India. Confirm the specifications and model code for the exact local version before buying, especially if network bands, warranty or retail availability matter. Samsung’s display measurement is across the full rectangle; actual visible screen area is smaller because of rounded corners.
Which phone has the better specs?
Display: Samsung lists the higher resolution
Samsung lists 3120×1440 resolution, compared with OPPO’s 2760×1256. Both manufacturers list refresh rates of up to 120Hz. The specifications establish a resolution difference, but do not by themselves show which screen looks better in everyday use; brightness, calibration and viewing conditions also affect the experience.
Cameras: different hardware, no proven winner
The S25 Ultra’s listed rear cameras are 200MP, 50MP, 50MP and 10MP. OPPO lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a 3× telephoto with optical image stabilization in its India launch material. Megapixel counts and camera count do not prove image quality. The cited material does not provide a controlled comparison, so it cannot establish which phone takes better photos or video.
#1 Best Overall
- Stunning 6.9″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display with adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh rate, ultra‑bright up to ~2600 nits, HDR support, “Vision Booster,” and adaptive color tone — giving vivid colours, great outdoor visibility, and super‑smooth scrolling.
- Powerful internals: it runs on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy (3 nm) chip, with 12 GB (or in some markets up to 16 GB) RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage — offering significantly improved CPU/GPU/NPU performance, especially for AI tasks, gaming, and heavy multitasking.
- Advanced quad‑camera system: 200 MP wide main sensor, plus a 50 MP ultrawide, a 50 MP periscope telephoto (5× optical zoom), and a 10 MP telephoto (3× optical zoom) — giving flexibility from ultra‑wide through detailed telephoto shots, and strong performance in varied lighting.
- 5,000 mAh battery with 45 W fast wired charging, wireless charging (Qi2) and reverse wireless charging — balancing long battery life with flexible charging options.
- Durable, premium build: Titanium‑frame body, protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass, with IP68 dust/water resistance, ultrasonic in‑display fingerprint sensor, modern connectivity (5G, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth, UWB, USB‑C), and long‑term software support (Android 15 / One UI 7, promised 7 major OS/security updates).
Battery and charging: OPPO provides the available figures
OPPO’s Malaysia specification page gives the Find X9s a 7025mAh typical capacity and 6840mAh rated capacity, with up to 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging. The Samsung specification extract cited here does not provide comparable battery or charging details. That gap is not evidence that Samsung has a smaller battery or slower charging, and capacity alone does not establish real-world battery life or charging time.
Weight and handling
Samsung India lists the S25 Ultra at 218g; OPPO Malaysia lists the Find X9s at 202g and dimensions of 156.98×73.93×7.99mm. That is a 16g difference between the cited listings, not necessarily a like-for-like comparison of every regional configuration. Try the exact models in hand if weight and dimensions are deciding factors.

Pen and software support
Samsung explicitly lists S Pen support, which may suit note-taking or other pen-based workflows. The cited OPPO sources do not establish pen support for the Find X9s, so they are not enough to claim that it is incompatible with a particular pen. OPPO India’s launch release states five years of OS updates and six years of security updates for the Find X9s. The cited Samsung extract does not state an update duration, so a support-period comparison requires a current commitment for the relevant Samsung market.

OPPO India announced launch prices of INR 79,999 for 12GB+256GB and INR 89,999 for 12GB+512GB. Sales in India began May 26, 2026. These are launch prices, not verified current prices. The cited Samsung source is a specification page and does not establish a matching current price, so a reliable price gap cannot be calculated from these figures.

For a useful comparison, check live prices in the same country, for matching storage tiers, and confirm that both listings are in stock and cover the intended regional model. Do not compare an Indian OPPO launch price with a Samsung price from another market or date.

How to choose between the two
- Consider the S25 Ultra if its listed 3120×1440 display or confirmed S Pen support better fits your priorities.
- Consider the Find X9s if its listed three-camera arrangement, 80W wired charging specification or OPPO India’s stated update policy is more relevant to you.
- Before deciding on cost or local usability, verify live same-market prices, exact storage configuration, model code, network-band support and warranty coverage.
- For camera, endurance or speed, seek independent testing of the exact variants: the specifications here are not a real-world performance comparison.
