The vivo X200T leads on listed battery capacity, charging speed, RAM, and rear-camera megapixel counts; the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE offers a clearly stated long-term software-update commitment and had the lower listed retailer price in one India comparison checked in 2026. Those prices are snapshots, not guaranteed current offers, and the specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos, lasts longer, or performs faster in everyday use.
Price difference in India: check the exact variant
The observed retailer listings showed the Galaxy S25 FE at ₹54,999 on Amazon and the vivo X200T at ₹59,999 on Flipkart, a ₹5,000 difference in that comparison. 91mobiles displayed those prices when its page was checked in 2026; they may change, and the listings may not represent equivalent configurations. Confirm the seller, RAM, storage, stock, and checkout price before comparing.
Samsung’s India launch prices, announced in 2025, were ₹59,999 for 8GB/128GB, ₹65,999 for 8GB/256GB, and ₹77,999 for 8GB/512GB. vivo’s inspected official store page showed an MRP of ₹79,999 for the selected 12GB/256GB X200T and marked it unavailable. That MRP is not the same kind of figure as a live retailer offer, so it should not be treated as a current selling price.

Choose the vivo X200T for its listed hardware advantages
Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 6,200mAh typical-capacity battery, 90W wired charging, and up to 40W wireless charging. Samsung lists 4,900mAh and 45W wired charging, as well as wireless charging. The X200T therefore has the larger stated capacity and higher charging wattage, but neither figure proves longer real-world battery life or a particular charging time. No controlled battery comparison is established by the cited product specifications.

Memory, display resolution, and camera hardware
The X200T’s listed 12GB RAM is higher than the S25 FE’s 8GB India configurations, and its display resolution is 2800 × 1260 versus Samsung’s FHD+ panel. vivo also lists three 50MP rear cameras and a 32MP front camera. Samsung specifies a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, an 8MP telephoto with 3× optical zoom, and a 12MP front camera. Megapixel counts do not determine image quality, and the available specifications do not identify a camera winner.
The X200T’s Dimensity 9400+ uses a 3nm process, while the S25 FE’s Exynos 2400 uses 4nm. These chip and process specifications, alongside the RAM difference, do not establish that one phone is always faster; no like-for-like benchmark or controlled gaming test is cited here.

Choose the Galaxy S25 FE for its explicit update commitment
Samsung states that the S25 FE will receive seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from global launch, with market and timing variation. vivo lists OriginOS 6 / Android 16 for the X200T and uses the phrase “5-Year Smooth Experience,” but that phrase is not defined in the cited specification as a number of Android-version upgrades. If a clearly quantified OS-upgrade and security-support commitment is central to your purchase, Samsung’s published terms are more specific.

- Prioritize charging hardware and listed battery capacity: the X200T has the higher figures, but check independent battery tests if runtime is decisive.
- Prioritize Samsung’s stated software support: the S25 FE has an explicit OS-upgrade and security-update commitment.
- Prioritize camera buying decisions: compare sample photos and video from the exact models; lens counts and megapixels alone cannot settle real-world results.
- Prioritize price: compare the same storage tier where possible and verify live stock and seller pricing. The checked listings do not ensure a like-for-like comparison.
Both companies list water/dust resistance ratings: IP68 for the S25 FE and IP68/IP69 for the X200T. These are laboratory ratings, not guarantees against damage from liquid exposure.
