Which phone has the better display?
The Galaxy S25 FE has the larger listed display at 6.7 inches, compared with the iQOO 15R’s 6.59-inch AMOLED display. That difference is modest, so it is more useful to decide whether you prefer a slightly larger screen than to treat size alone as a quality verdict.
Refresh-rate claims need care: iQOO’s overview promotes 144 Hz, but its parameter page separately describes 130 Hz for normal scenes. Touch-sampling figures are not refresh rates. The cited Samsung India specification does not establish a matching refresh-rate comparison here, so these figures should not be treated as a like-for-like display test.

Battery and charging: iQOO lists the larger capacity
iQOO lists a 7,600 mAh typical battery and 100 W charging for the 15R. Samsung lists a 4,900 mAh typical battery for the Galaxy S25 FE. Those capacities make the iQOO the stronger option on paper for buyers prioritizing a larger battery and faster stated wired charging, but capacity alone cannot establish real-world endurance. Screen settings, workload, signal conditions and software all affect how long a phone lasts between charges.
Camera hardware: a third rear camera on Samsung
Samsung lists three rear cameras—50 MP, 8 MP and 12 MP—while iQOO specifies a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide. The iQOO front camera is listed at 32 MP. More cameras or more megapixels do not by themselves prove better photos, video or low-light performance; the specifications establish the hardware configuration, not comparative image quality.

iQOO identifies the 15R’s processor as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. For the Galaxy S25 FE, consult Samsung’s India specification page for its chipset and exact variant details. No matched independent benchmark methodology is established in the cited material, so a head-to-head performance score or claim that one is faster in everyday use would go beyond the available evidence.
The manufacturers describe support differently. Samsung specifies a security-update period valid until September 30, 2032. iQOO states a “4+6” plan: four generations of Android version upgrades and six years of security updates. These statements are not interchangeable: one is a specified security-update end date, while the other gives a number of OS-upgrade generations and a security-support duration.

Which one should you buy?
- Choose the iQOO 15R if its listed 7,600 mAh typical battery, 100 W charging or Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform is central to your decision. Confirm the exact variant and current price before comparing it with the Samsung.
- Choose the Galaxy S25 FE if you prefer its slightly larger 6.7-inch display, its three-camera rear arrangement, or Samsung’s stated security-update end date.
- Compare carefully if price is the deciding factor. The October 7, 2026 comparison-page snapshot put the phones just ₹1,009 apart, but a different configuration or current offer could change that result.
