How do the cameras differ?
Galaxy S24 FE: three distinct rear camera roles
Samsung lists a 50MP wide camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom. That dedicated telephoto lens gives the S24 FE a stated optical-zoom option that the cited vivo specifications do not list.
vivo V70 FE: high-resolution main camera
vivo India lists a 200MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera, plus a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. The cited specifications do not list a dedicated telephoto camera or optical zoom for the V70 FE. Samsung lists a typical battery capacity of 4,700mAh for the S24 FE. vivo lists 7,000mAh typical capacity and 90W charging for the V70 FE. Those figures indicate a larger stated battery and higher rated charging power for vivo, but they do not establish real-world battery life or a specific time to recharge. Usage, settings, temperature, and charging conditions affect results; vivo’s Saudi specification page also notes that charging power varies with usage.

Software and long-term support
Samsung says the Galaxy S24 FE will receive seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from its global launch date. This is a manufacturer-stated commitment, not a guarantee that every update reaches every regional variant on the same day.

vivo India’s V70 FE specification page lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6. It does not state an equivalent number of OS upgrades or years of security updates, so the available information does not support a like-for-like support-duration comparison.
Protection ratings depend on the market
vivo Saudi Arabia’s specifications list IP68 and IP69 ratings for the V70 FE. That is a regional specification claim; it does not establish that every version sold elsewhere has the same certification or warranty terms.
