The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is the stronger fit if you want a dedicated 3x optical telephoto camera and a longer stated software-support window. The iQOO Neo 10 is better matched to buyers who prioritize a 144Hz display, a larger rated battery, 120W charging, and its Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform. Neither specification sheet proves which phone performs better overall in everyday use.
This comparison covers the India-market models. The prices below are dated launch and store figures, not a same-day comparison of equivalent offers.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE vs iQOO Neo 10 specs
| Feature | Samsung Galaxy S24 FE | iQOO Neo 10 (India) |
|---|---|---|
| Chipset | Exynos 2400e, 4nm | Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 |
| Display | 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X; adaptive 60/120Hz refresh | 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED; 144Hz refresh |
| Rear cameras | 50MP wide with OIS, 12MP ultra-wide, and 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom and OIS | 50MP Sony OIS main camera and 8MP ultra-wide |
| Front camera | 10MP | 32MP |
| Battery and charging | 4,700mAh | 7,000mAh Silicon BlueVolt battery; 120W FlashCharge |
| Stated software support | Seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates | Three years of Android updates and four years of security updates, as stated at launch in May 2025 |
These are manufacturer-published specifications, not results from a controlled head-to-head test. A higher refresh rate or battery capacity describes a listed feature, not a guarantee of better perceived smoothness or longer real-world battery life. Megapixel counts alone also do not establish camera quality.
What the display and chip differences mean
The Neo 10 lists a higher resolution and refresh rate: 1.5K at up to 144Hz, compared with the S24 FE’s FHD+ adaptive 60/120Hz panel. That makes the iQOO’s display specifications more explicitly performance-oriented, while Samsung identifies its screen as Dynamic AMOLED 2X. Actual appearance and smoothness also depend on settings, content, and individual preference.

The phones use different chipsets: the S24 FE has Samsung’s Exynos 2400e, while the Neo 10 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The available specifications do not establish a benchmark winner or a reliable difference in gaming performance, heat, or day-to-day responsiveness. Choose based on the rest of the feature set unless comparable testing for your use case is available.
Camera comparison: optical zoom is the key distinction
The S24 FE has three rear cameras, including a dedicated 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. The Neo 10’s listed rear system comprises a 50MP Sony OIS main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide; the launch announcement does not list a telephoto camera. If you often photograph distant subjects and want optical zoom, Samsung’s hardware gives you a specific capability the iQOO listing does not show.
Rank #2
- The Galaxy S24 FE packs a large 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate, enhanced brightness and a “Vision Booster” mode — ideal for clear, bright visuals even outdoors.
For selfies, the launch specifications list a 10MP front camera on the S24 FE and a 32MP front camera on the Neo 10. Those resolution figures are not enough to predict which produces better photos. Camera quality depends on more than megapixels, and no controlled side-by-side camera result is established here.
Battery capacity and charging
iQOO lists a 7,000mAh battery and 120W FlashCharge for the Neo 10; Samsung specifies a 4,700mAh battery for the S24 FE. On paper, the Neo 10 offers both greater rated capacity and substantially higher stated wired-charging wattage. Those specifications do not establish how many hours either phone lasts or how long a full charge takes in typical use.
Rank #3
- The Galaxy S24 FE packs a large 6.7‑inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate, enhanced brightness and a “Vision Booster” mode — ideal for clear, bright visuals even outdoors.
Software support: Samsung states the longer window
Samsung says the Galaxy S24 FE will receive seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. iQOO’s India launch announcement in May 2025 stated three years of Android updates and four years of security updates for the Neo 10. On the published policies, Samsung offers the longer stated support horizon, which may matter if you plan to keep a phone for several years.
India price difference and what the figures mean
| Phone and configuration | Price figure | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Galaxy S24 FE, 8GB + 128GB | ₹59,999 | India launch MRP announced by Samsung on 30 September 2024 |
| Galaxy S24 FE, 8GB + 256GB | ₹65,999 | India launch MRP announced by Samsung on 30 September 2024 |
| iQOO Neo 10, starting price | ₹29,999 | Launch announcement on 26 May 2025; stated with launch offers |
| iQOO Neo 10, 8GB + 128GB | ₹31,999 | Price displayed on iQOO’s official store at the time of retrieval; store prices and availability can change |
These are not directly equivalent live prices: the figures come from different dates and include a launch price with offers as well as a later observed store listing. Samsung also ran a prebooking promotion that temporarily offered the 256GB S24 FE at the 128GB price; that was a historical promotion, not a current offer. Check the same storage tier and the current seller price, bank discounts, exchange terms, and stock before deciding which costs less today.
