Which phone is better?
There is no single winner across all priorities. The F70e is the more convincing pick if long-term software support is central to your decision. The Moto’s advantage on paper is battery capacity and charging wattage. Those figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use or how quickly it charges from empty; no comparable battery or charging test is established here.

Choose the Galaxy F70e for longer stated software support
Samsung’s six-year OS and security update promise is explicit in its launch announcement. The Moto support duration shown by 91mobiles is shorter, but should be treated as a comparison-site listing rather than a confirmed Motorola commitment.

Choose the Moto if its battery and charging specifications matter more
The Moto is listed with a 7,000mAh battery and 30W wired charging, compared with the F70e’s 6,000mAh and 25W. Capacity alone cannot predict actual screen-on time, and charging wattage alone cannot establish full charge time.
Do not choose by camera megapixels alone
Both listings show a 50MP main camera and 8MP front camera; Samsung also specifies a 2MP depth camera. These figures do not determine image quality, so they are not enough to call a camera winner.

Do the displays or camera specs give either phone a clear edge?
Not from the listed numbers alone. The displays are close in size, and both are listed as HD+ at 120Hz. That supports a paper comparison of size, resolution class and refresh rate, but not a verdict on brightness, outdoor readability or viewing quality. Likewise, the shared 50MP main and 8MP front camera figures do not establish photo or video performance.

The processor entry is inconsistent between comparison databases: 91mobiles lists the Dimensity 6400, while Gadgets 360 lists the Dimensity 6300. Without an official Motorola product specification to resolve the discrepancy, avoid relying on either entry for a chipset-dependent performance comparison. The same databases also disagree on the Moto’s launch timing, so no definitive launch date is stated here.

The Moto’s IP64 rating and Gorilla Glass 7i are reported by Gadgets 360, rather than established by an official Motorola source here. Samsung’s official IP54 wording refers to protection from dust and accidental splashes. Neither phone should be described as waterproof on the basis of these ratings.
