Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is the spec-sheet fit for a sharper AMOLED display, more rear-camera options, and a defined software-support promise. Motorola’s moto g37 power 5G is the fit for a larger listed battery, a faster refresh rate, and an IP64 rating. The 91mobiles page showed Amazon-linked snapshots of ₹19,623 for Samsung and ₹17,250 for Motorola—a displayed difference of ₹2,373, not a guaranteed current checkout price. Samsung’s product page was marked “Not for sale” when reviewed, so check live availability and the exact variant before buying.

Galaxy F17 5G
Samsung lists a 1080 × 2340 FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a maximum 90 Hz refresh rate. Its higher resolution and AMOLED panel are the specification-led reasons to choose it if screen detail and panel type matter most.

moto g37 power 5G
Motorola lists a 1604 × 720 HD+ LCD with a maximum 120 Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh-rate figure is a separate advantage from resolution: it indicates the panel’s stated refresh capability, not that the display has more detail than Samsung’s.
Cameras: more options on Samsung’s spec sheet
Galaxy F17 5G
Samsung lists a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), plus 5 MP ultra-wide and 2 MP macro cameras. The extra lenses offer more stated shooting options, and OIS is specified for the main camera.

moto g37 power 5G
Motorola lists a 50 MP main rear camera and an 8 MP front camera, compared with Samsung’s listed 13 MP front camera. Megapixel counts and camera features alone do not establish which phone takes better photos; no comparable image-quality test is available here.
Battery and charging: Motorola lists more capacity
Motorola specifies a 7000 mAh battery, with 6790 mAh given as the rated capacity, 30 W TurboPower charging, and 6 W wired reverse charging. Samsung specifies a 5000 mAh battery and 25 W fast charging. These figures favor Motorola on stated battery capacity and charging wattage, but they do not predict how long either phone lasts in a buyer’s use or how quickly it charges in practice.

Software support and performance claims
Samsung promises six generations of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates for the Galaxy F17 5G. Motorola’s specifications list Android 16 for the moto g37 power 5G but do not state a comparable support duration, so the two support commitments cannot be treated as equal or directly matched.
The listed chips are Samsung Exynos 1330 (5 nm) and MediaTek Dimensity 6400 (6 nm). Chip names and manufacturing-process figures do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use or gaming; there is no comparable controlled performance result in the cited specifications.

Protection, size, and practical extras
Samsung lists IP54 protection and Gorilla Glass Victus. Motorola lists IP64, Gorilla Glass 7i, and a MIL-STD-810H statement. These are the manufacturers’ stated ratings and materials, not guarantees that either phone can be immersed in water or will survive a drop.

Motorola also lists stereo speakers, a headphone jack, and microSD expansion up to 1 TB, which may matter if those features are priorities. Motorola cautions that specifications can vary by market.

Price difference and availability
The 91mobiles comparison page displayed Amazon-linked prices of ₹19,623 for the Galaxy F17 5G and ₹17,250 for the moto g37 power 5G, making the displayed gap ₹2,373 with Samsung higher. These are page snapshots, not guaranteed live prices: the exact model, RAM/storage variant, stock, offers, and final checkout total can change.
Samsung announced the F17 in India on 11 September 2025 with introductory prices of ₹13,999 for 4/128 GB, ₹15,499 for 6/128 GB, and ₹16,999 for 8/128 GB. The launch announcement included a ₹500 cashback offer subject to its payment terms. Those figures are historical launch context, not current offers. Samsung named Samsung.com, Flipkart, and retail stores as launch sales channels; its product page was marked “Not for sale” when reviewed. Check the retailer’s live listing before relying on availability or price.
Before you compare checkout prices
- Match the RAM and storage configuration; the listed variants differ.
- Confirm that the listing is for the India-market model and the intended 5G phone.
- Check stock, payment-specific offers, delivery charges, and the final checkout total.
- Use the current retailer listing rather than treating a comparison-page snapshot or launch price as a live offer.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose Samsung Galaxy F17 5G if you prioritize the higher-resolution Super AMOLED display, OIS and ultra-wide/macro rear-camera options, a lighter and thinner listed body, or Samsung’s stated update commitment.
- Choose moto g37 power 5G if you prioritize the larger listed battery, 120 Hz refresh rate, IP64 rating, stereo speakers, headphone jack, or microSD expansion.
- Compare live prices before deciding if value is the deciding factor: the published Amazon-linked snapshot puts Motorola ₹2,373 lower, but that difference may not reflect the current price for the same configuration.
