Price difference: compare the same storage tier and seller
The 91mobiles comparison page lists the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G at ₹56,999 and the vivo V70 Elite at ₹66,999, and indicates Amazon availability. Camera choice: telephoto reach or a macro camera
vivo V70 Elite
The V70 Elite’s listed rear camera setup includes a dedicated 50MP ZEISS OIS night telephoto camera, alongside a 50MP ZEISS OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide. A separate telephoto camera is the clearest hardware distinction if you often want to frame distant subjects without relying only on the main camera’s digital zoom.

Battery and charging: larger figures on the vivo, but no head-to-head runtime result
vivo lists a 6,500mAh typical battery and 90W fast charging for the V70 Elite. Samsung lists a 5,000mAh typical battery for the A57 (rated minimum 4,905mAh) and says its Super Fast Charging 2.0 can reach up to 60% in around 30 minutes. Samsung’s time is a manufacturer estimate, not a direct comparison with vivo’s rated charging power; actual charging times can vary.
Battery capacity and charging ratings are specifications, not equivalent battery-life measurements. They do not show how long either phone lasts under the same workload or how quickly each charges in a controlled, matched test.

Software support and durability: Samsung publishes the clearer commitments
Samsung says the Galaxy A57 series will receive up to six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates. This is Samsung’s published policy; timing and availability can vary, including by market. The cited vivo India listing identifies OriginOS 6 but does not establish a comparable update duration, so a direct support-period comparison cannot be made from these sources.

Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Samsung also publishes an IP68 rating for the A57, with its stated lab condition of fresh water up to 1.5m for up to 30 minutes. That rating does not cover every liquid, environment or kind of exposure. No comparable V70 Elite rating is established in the cited official sources, so do not treat the difference in published information as proof the vivo phone lacks protection. Check local warranty terms for either phone before buying.
