What is the price difference in India?
There is no verified same-date price comparison for the two phones in the cited manufacturer information. Samsung’s prices below are the Galaxy A17 5G’s India launch prices announced on September 3, 2025—not current quotes. Motorola’s cited India specifications page does not state a price, so calculating a price difference against those launch figures would be misleading.

Samsung’s India purchase listings can change; a displayed amount for one variant is not a reliable substitute for a matching, current Motorola price. For a useful comparison, check both manufacturers or retailers in the same country on the same day, and match RAM and storage as closely as possible. An Edge 70 Fusion price listed for another country or a different configuration should not be compared directly with the Indian launch prices.

Why the exact Edge 70 Fusion region matters
The Edge 70 Fusion is not described with the same configuration on every regional Motorola page. Motorola India lists a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and 8GB or 12GB RAM options. Motorola UK lists a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, alongside a 6.78-inch screen. Do not assume the Indian processor, memory options or specifications apply to a UK handset—or to a listing from another market.

- Choose screen features for your use. The listed refresh rates distinguish these specifications, but do not by themselves establish brightness, image quality or real-world smoothness.
- Consider storage needs. Samsung states microSD support up to 2TB. Motorola’s cited India page does not state expandable-storage support, so check the exact model if removable storage matters.
- Read the support promise precisely. Samsung’s six Android upgrades and six years of security updates are its announced commitment for the India A17 5G; they are not a count of updates already delivered.
Samsung says the India Galaxy A17 5G box includes the phone, cable and ejection pin, but no travel adapter; the phone supports 25W charging. Check the package and charger compatibility for the specific market and seller.
