The Galaxy A07 5G and the moto g37 power are both budget phones with 120 Hz HD+ LCD screens. Their spec sheets differ mainly in battery figures, the microSD storage ceiling, the dust and water rating, and the AI features Samsung highlights. There is no valid price difference to report, because the only Samsung price in the evidence is a Brazilian launch suggestion and the only Motorola price is a live Indian listing. Every figure below is a manufacturer claim for a specific market and variant.

Display: nearly identical resolution class
Both phones use an HD+ LCD panel at 120 Hz, which is a smoother refresh rate than most budget phones offered for years. Samsung’s listing gives 720 × 1600 pixels on a 6.7-inch panel. Motorola’s page writes its HD+ resolution as 1604 × 720, which is the same class of panel with the figures in the opposite order. Working from those numbers, both screens come out at roughly 262 to 264 pixels per inch, so text sharpness should be close. The practical difference will come from brightness and calibration, which neither source measures. Samsung’s 800-nit high-brightness figure is its own claim and does not show how the screen performs outdoors.
Battery and charging
Samsung’s launch announcement gives the Galaxy A07 5G a 6,000 mAh battery. Motorola’s India page lists the moto g37 power at 7,000 mAh and also gives a 6,790 mAh rated value. Comparing the two rated figures, the gap is 790 mAh, not the 1,000 mAh implied by the headline numbers. Motorola also states 30 W wired charging. Samsung’s charging wattage is not stated in the sources reviewed, so charging speed cannot be compared directly.
A larger battery capacity does not guarantee longer use. Runtime depends on the processor, the screen’s power draw and the software running on the phone. None of the sources include a measured battery test, so the capacity figures should be read as specifications rather than endurance results.

Cameras
Samsung lists a 50 MP main rear camera, a 2 MP depth sensor and an 8 MP front camera. Motorola lists a 50 MP main camera but does not state the secondary or front sensors in the sources reviewed. Megapixel counts describe sensor resolution only, and the processing and optics decide most of the result. No camera comparison was available, so neither phone can be ranked on photo quality from this evidence.
Storage, memory and microSD limits
Samsung’s Philippines listing for the Galaxy A07 5G supports microSD expansion up to 2 TB. Motorola’s India listing for the moto g37 power supports expansion up to 1 TB. These are regional maximums, not guarantees that every card size works, so check the exact model page for your market before buying a card.

The Motorola India family page shows several memory and storage combinations, but the individual RAM and storage pairs are not itemised in the sources reviewed. Samsung’s Brazil launch uses a 128 GB configuration as its reference model. When comparing, match the RAM and internal storage on both pages, not just the microSD ceiling.
Durability ratings
The Galaxy A07 5G is rated IP54, which means it is protected against limited dust ingress and water splashes. The moto g37 power is rated IP64, which means it is fully dust-tight and also protected against water splashes. On the published ratings, the Motorola phone has the stronger dust protection. Neither rating is a drop or crush rating, and neither should be read as permission to submerge the phone.

Software and AI features
Samsung’s launch material highlights Gemini and Circle to Search on the Galaxy A07 5G. Samsung described the phone in its corporate announcement as: “Designed to support everyday tasks, Galaxy A07 5G brings practical AI-powered features to more people.” The statement comes from Samsung Electronics’ corporate announcement dated 12 February 2026 and does not name an individual speaker. The sources reviewed do not list the AI features or update commitments for the moto g37 power, so the software comparison is one-sided in the evidence.
Connectivity: confirm the 5G variant
The Galaxy A07 5G carries 5G in its name and launch materials. The Motorola pages reviewed for this comparison do not confirm 5G band support for the moto g37 power in every market, so treat the “5G” label as something to verify. Before buying, check the band list on the exact model page for your country, and confirm it against your carrier’s supported bands.

Price difference: why no valid number exists
The two prices in the evidence cannot be subtracted. Samsung’s figure is R$1,399 for the 128 GB Galaxy A07 5G, a suggested price at its Brazil launch in May 2026. Motorola’s figure is ₹19,999 for the moto g37 power, a live India listing shown alongside a ₹26,499 MRP, with several variants on the page. One is a launch recommendation in a different currency and market at a fixed date, and the other is a current, variant-specific listing. Converting them would also require an exchange rate and tax treatment that the evidence does not supply.

- 4G LTE Bands: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41 (This model does not support 5G)
- Display: PLS LCD | 6.7 inches, 108.4 cm2 (~83.8% screen-to-body ratio) | 720 x 1600 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~262 ppi density)
- Camera: 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), AF | 2 MP, f/2.4, (depth)
- Battery: Li-Po 5000 mAh, non-removable | 25W wired
- Please note, this device does not support E-SIM; This 4G model is compatible with all GSM networks worldwide outside of the U.S. In the US, ONLY compatible with T-Mobile and their MVNO's (Metro and Standup). It will NOT work with Verizon, Spectrum, AT&T, Total Wireless, other CDMA carriers, it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc). Please contact the seller for more information about carrier compatibility. A power adapter is NOT included.
- Pick one country and check both phones on that country’s official Samsung and Motorola storefronts, or on reputable retailers in that market.
- Match the RAM and internal storage exactly. A 128 GB Samsung against a 256 GB Motorola is not a fair comparison.
- Note whether each price includes tax and whether it is the sale price or the MRP.
- Record the date of each price. Listings change without notice, and launch prices are often replaced by promotions.
- Check the carrier version if you need a specific network, because a phone sold through a carrier can differ in price and band support.
What these specifications cannot settle
The sources are manufacturer specifications and listings, not independent head-to-head tests. No benchmark, camera comparison or standardised battery-runtime result was available for either phone. That means claims about speed, photo quality, real-world battery life or screen brightness outdoors cannot be made from this evidence. Samsung’s brightness, battery and AI statements are its own published claims, and Motorola’s specifications are described as varying by market.
Stock and prices are also volatile. The Motorola listing is live and can change at any time, and Samsung’s price is a historical launch suggestion for one region.
Last checked against the sources in October 2026. Check each manufacturer’s market page before you buy, because specifications and availability differ by country.

The Bottom Line
Choose the Galaxy A07 5G if Gemini and Circle to Search matter to you, or if you plan to use a larger microSD card. Choose the moto g37 power if the larger rated battery and the stronger IP64 dust rating matter more. Settle the price only after you have matched the same country, the same RAM and storage, and the same date on both phones.
