Open Samsung’s Clock app, tap Alarm, select the alarm, then tap Alarm sound. Raise the volume slider and save. On One UI 7, the slider you can change depends on whether alarms use one shared volume or separate volumes.
Raise the volume for an alarm

Open the Clock app and tap Alarm.
-
Tap the alarm you want to edit.

Tap Alarm sound, then drag the volume slider higher.

Save the alarm.
Samsung describes the Alarm sound slider as the control for setting alarm volume in its Galaxy alarm setup instructions.

Choose shared or separate alarm volume in One UI 7
One UI 7 lets you choose whether every alarm uses the same volume or each alarm has its own setting. To find the choice, open Clock > More options (three dots) > Settings > Volume.

Check whether system sound is silencing alarms
If an alarm is silent while the phone’s system sound is off, open Clock settings and look for Silence alarms when system sound is off. Check whether that option is enabled. Samsung documents it as a setting that can silence alarms when system sound is off; it is one possible cause, not an explanation for every silent or quiet alarm.

Samsung’s guidance also notes that Clock screens and steps can differ by One UI and app version. If a label or menu path above is not present, follow the options shown in your installed Clock app; Samsung’s Galaxy alarm instructions likewise identify version differences.
