Salvation is a Colorlib HTML5 template for building a church website—not a WordPress theme or a complete church-management service. Its listing describes a full-screen hero slider, animated statistics, a gallery, and a sermons section. Those are vendor-described features, not independently tested results. Before choosing it, check the current download and license: the listing’s displayed page date and stated release date conflict.
What Salvation is—and what it is not
Colorlib’s Salvation listing identifies the product as a responsive HTML5 church website template. That means it is a set of website files intended to be customized and published; the listing does not establish that it includes a content-management system or working server-side services.

Colorlib presents Salvation as a modern, fluid-layout template designed to adapt to devices and browsers. The listing describes these visual sections and effects:
#1 Best Overall
- Enough forms for 1 year for churches of approximately 150 members
- 5 3/16" x 9"
- Includes forms for church receipts, member contributions, and disbursements
- A full-screen slider at the top of the page, with text and calls to action.
- Content that loads as visitors scroll.
- Animated statistics.
- A gallery.
- A sermons section.
These are listing claims. They do not establish how the current download performs, whether its interactions are accessible, or how it behaves across browsers. Preview the supplied pages and inspect the files before committing to a launch.
What to verify before using it
Current package and license
The Colorlib page displays January 7, 2026, as its page date while also reporting “Released: September 2026.” Those dates are inconsistent as presented. The listing reports a CC BY 3.0 license, but do not rely on that label alone to decide how you may use or redistribute the files. Check the live listing, download the current package, and confirm the exact license conditions that apply to it. The listing surfaced here does not establish a version number or changelog, so “2026” in the article title is not a verified product version.
Rank #2
- CLEAR FINANCIAL TRACKING: Date, amount, and contributor details for each transaction.
- EASY TITHING RECORDS: Efficiently log church donations with dedicated entry spaces.
- LAY-FLAT DESIGN: Sturdy wire binding ensures easy writing and page-turning.
- LARGE FORMAT: Ample space (8.5" X 11") for detailed entries.
- CONVENIENT ORGANIZATION: 70 spiral-bound pages for seamless record-keeping.
Design, usability, and assets
- Preview all supplied pages and confirm that their structure suits your church’s content.
- Test the mobile layout, navigation, and calls to action on the devices your congregation uses.
- Check keyboard navigation and other accessibility needs; a responsive design claim is not an accessibility assessment.
- Confirm the rights and license terms for the images, fonts, icons, and other assets in the package.
- Identify which design changes require editing HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, and whether your team can maintain those files.
Operational services
A sermons section or donation call to action in a page design does not by itself provide sermon hosting, payment processing, event registration, or live streaming. Determine which third-party services or custom back-end work your site needs, then test the complete visitor workflow—from submitting a form or making a donation to receiving the expected confirmation. The listing does not establish that these integrations work end to end.

Other listings provide useful alternatives to inspect, but their advertised features are not evidence about Salvation. Compare the actual packages and implementation requirements rather than assuming that similarly named sections include functioning services.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Is Salvation a good fit?
Salvation may suit a church that wants a visual starting point in HTML and has a plan for customizing, hosting, and maintaining static website files. It is a weaker fit if you need a ready-to-use donation system, event-registration workflow, sermon-streaming service, or a WordPress editing experience; those requirements need separate confirmation and implementation.

- How to walk into church?
- If you go to church, this Brief Book is for you
- This outstanding book is packed with profound reflection on what church is.
Before deciding, compare the live preview with your content, inspect the download, verify permitted use, and list the services your site must connect to. Treat the page as a template purchase decision, not as proof that the church’s full digital operations are included.
