RYOBI lists its new 18V ONE+ Storm Preparation Kit, model PCL1310K, with four included item categories: a 4-inch clamp fan, an area light, a power source, and a battery. The US product page currently marks it “Coming Soon,” but does not give a firm release date or price.
What’s included in the Ryobi PCL1310K kit?
RYOBI’s official listing names these items:
- A 4-inch clamp fan
- An area light
- A power source
- A battery
The listing does not specify the individual component model numbers, battery capacity, light output, power-source output, or runtime. RYOBI identifies the kit as part of its 18V ONE+ system and says ONE+ products work with any RYOBI ONE+ 18V battery; that compatibility statement does not establish how long this kit will run on any particular battery. When will the new Storm Preparation Kit be available?
As of October 7, 2026, RYOBI’s US product page and Storm Prep collection show the PCL1310K as “Coming Soon.” The reviewed listings do not state a launch date, launch window, or price. Check the official product page for updates, since availability can change.

Is PCL1310K the same as Ryobi’s older Storm Kit?
No. PCL1310K and PCL1307K1 are separate models with different published contents. RYOBI Canada’s listing for the older PCL1307K1 names an LED area light, a 150-watt power source, a compact Bluetooth radio/speaker, a 2Ah battery, and a charger. Those details apply to the older kit only; RYOBI’s listing for PCL1310K does not say it includes a radio or charger, or specify a 150-watt power source or 2Ah battery. Compare the older Storm Kit listing with the new model’s official page before relying on any specification.

What can you tell from the published details?
The listed contents suggest the kit combines airflow, area lighting, and device power in one 18V ONE+ package. RYOBI also describes storm preparation, camping, and tailgating as possible uses. The product information available for PCL1310K does not provide enough detail to assess performance or runtime, or to compare it meaningfully with standalone products.
RYOBI’s search page shows separate 4-inch ONE+ clamp fan products, including PCF02B and PCF02KN, but does not identify either as the fan supplied in PCL1310K. Their specifications should not be treated as specifications for the kit’s fan. See RYOBI’s clamp-fan search results.
