The Russell Hobbs RHFP750 is a two-bowl food processor with a 2 L main bowl, a 500 mL mini bowl, chopping and dough blades, and slicing and grating discs. Its manual describes a useful range of everyday prep tasks, but gives specific limits on liquids, meat, dough and hard ingredients. The available exact-model information is the manufacturer’s instruction and warranty manual—not independent performance testing—so it does not establish how well the RHFP750 performs against other processors.
What comes with the Russell Hobbs RHFP750?
The manufacturer’s manual identifies these components:
- 2 L processing workbowl and 500 mL mini workbowl
- Wide-mouth feed chute and pusher
- Large and small stainless-steel chopping blades
- Dough blade
- Fine and coarse slice/shred discs and a disc stem
- Storage lid and cord wrap
The controls are OFF/PULSE, LOW and HIGH. The manual says the motor will not run unless the workbowl, cover and feed chute are properly locked. The two center posts are not interchangeable. What can it do?
Chopping, mincing and puréeing
The manual describes the chopping blade for coarse or fine chopping, mincing, mixing and puréeing. For better control over texture, it recommends using pulse rather than running continuously, with chopping pulses of five seconds or less. Similar-sized pieces and batches that do not overfill the bowl also support more even results.

Slicing and grating
The fine and coarse discs are intended for slicing and grating. The manual advises packing the feed chute carefully and applying even pressure with the pusher. It notes that some food remaining on top of a disc is normal.
Kneading dough
A dough blade is included. The manual’s maximum recipe guidance is 3½ cups of flour, and it says not to knead for longer than one minute. These are manufacturer instructions, not a verified capacity or performance test for every dough recipe.

What are its practical limits?
- Liquid: Do not process more than 3 cups at a time in the 2 L bowl, and do not process boiling liquids.
- Meat: The manual allows no more than 2 cups of 20 mm cubes in the large bowl.
- Hard or frozen ingredients: Do not process food so frozen or hard that a knife tip cannot be inserted.
- Not suitable for: Grinding bones, grains or hard spices, or liquefying fruit and vegetables.
These limits matter more than the nominal bowl volume when choosing a batch size: a 2 L bowl does not mean it is appropriate to fill it with any ingredient or mixture.

Cleaning and troubleshooting
Unplug the processor before cleaning. Removable parts may be hand-washed or placed on the dishwasher’s top rack. The manual recommends hand-washing plastic parts to preserve their appearance, and says to keep the motor base out of water.

- Unevenly chopped food: The manual points to an overfilled bowl, continuous operation instead of pulsing, or unevenly sized pieces. Try a smaller batch, uniform pieces and short pulses.
- Liquid leaking: The manual says this may happen if the 3-cup liquid limit is exceeded.
- Uneven slices: Pack food carefully in the chute and use even pressure with the pusher.
These are the manufacturer’s troubleshooting suggestions; they do not establish how often problems occur or the appliance’s reliability.
Warranty and what this review can establish
The available warranty document is for Spectrum Brands Australia and New Zealand. It describes coverage of two years, or two years with a five-year motor warranty, depending on the product packaging. Check the terms for the specific package and region; these provisions should not be assumed to apply elsewhere.
