Ein einzelner Bericht meldet, dass eine Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Windforce mit Samsung-GDDR7 per Speicher-Overclocking 39 Gbit/s erreichte. Im dortigen Cyberpunk-2077-Test mit Path Tracing brachte der höhere Speichertakt jedoch nur etwa 5 bis 6 zusätzliche FPS. Das ist ein Versuchsergebnis, keine zugesicherte Eigenschaft anderer RTX 5070 Ti.
Was wurde bei der RTX 5070 Ti übertaktet?
Technopat berichtete am 30. September 2026 über einen Versuch mit einer Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Windforce. Mit dem Werkzeug mVolt+ Extreme und einem Speicher-Offset von +5500 MHz soll die Karte 39 Gbit/s erreicht haben. Der Bericht beschreibt außerdem abweichende erreichbare Offsets bei weiteren getesteten RTX-5070-Ti-Karten; er weist nicht nach, dass Samsung-Speicher allein die Unterschiede verursacht.
Die 39 Gbit/s sind daher als gemeldetes Ergebnis dieses Overclocking-Versuchs zu verstehen – nicht als Standardtakt, typische Übertaktungsgrenze oder Garantie für eine RTX 5070 Ti. Technopats Bericht vom 30. September 2026 schildert rund 30 Minuten Betrieb im Spieltest, belegt aber weder sichere Dauerstabilität noch Langzeitwirkung des Offsets.
39 Gbit/s im Vergleich zur Standardkonfiguration
Die Referenzkonfiguration der RTX 5070 Ti umfasst 16 GB GDDR7 mit 28 Gbit/s an einem 256-Bit-Speicherinterface. Daraus ergibt sich eine theoretische Speicherbandbreite von 896 GB/s. Die folgende Gegenüberstellung trennt diese Standarddaten von den im Einzelversuch gemeldeten Werten.

Die Bandbreitenangabe von 1.248 GB/s folgt rechnerisch aus der gemeldeten Speichergeschwindigkeit und dem Bus. Sie beschreibt die theoretische Bandbreite, nicht einen gemessenen Zuwachs bei der Spieleleistung.
Wie viele FPS brachte das Speicher-Overclocking?
Im von Technopat beschriebenen Cyberpunk-2077-Test mit aktiviertem Path Tracing stieg die Leistung dem Bericht zufolge um ungefähr 1 FPS je +1000 MHz Speicher-Offset. Vom Standardtakt bis zum Offset von +5500 MHz waren es insgesamt etwa 5 bis 6 FPS. Diese Zahl gilt für den genannten Versuch und lässt sich nicht als allgemeiner Leistungsgewinn auf andere Spiele, Systeme oder RTX 5070 Ti übertragen.

Mehr Bandbreite führt nicht automatisch zu proportional mehr FPS: Ein Spiel profitiert nur dann merklich, wenn der Speicher tatsächlich die Leistung begrenzt. ComputerBase schätzt ein, dass zusätzliche Speicherbandbreite in Spielen voraussichtlich wenig bis gar nichts bringt, wenn Speicherbandbreite nicht der begrenzende Faktor ist. Erreichen alle RTX 5070 Ti 39 Gbit/s?
Nein. Der Bericht dokumentiert ein Ergebnis mit einer bestimmten Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti Windforce und nennt abweichende Offsets bei weiteren Karten. Daraus folgt weder eine allgemeine Grenze noch ein typischer Wert für alle Exemplare. Auch der erwähnte Vergleich von Samsung- und Hynix-Speicher belegt nicht, dass der Speicherhersteller allein die Ursache unterschiedlicher Overclocking-Ergebnisse ist.

Ein standardisierter, unabhängig wiederholter Benchmark über mehrere Karten und Spiele ist in den genannten Berichten nicht belegt. Wer den Versuch einordnet, sollte deshalb die Kartenstreuung und die begrenzte Aussagekraft des einzelnen Spieltests berücksichtigen. ComputerBase nennt für die RTX 5070 Ti eine maximale Leistungsaufnahme von 300 W; diese Angabe ist kein Nachweis dafür, dass der hier beschriebene Speicher-Offset auf jeder Karte stabil oder risikofrei läuft.
