Roku Streaming Stick deals: prices shown vary
Roku’s official pages show different snapshots for the same devices. The standard Streaming Stick page displays $19.99, down from $39.99, while Roku’s offers page displays $29.99, down from $39.99. For the Streaming Stick 4K, its product page displays $49.99, down from $79.99; another official Roku page snapshot displays $44.99, down from $79.99. These are page snapshots accessed October 8, 2026—not guaranteed checkout prices—and they do not establish a 35% discount for the listed offers.

Which Roku Streaming Stick should you buy?
Choose the standard Streaming Stick for an HD television
The standard Streaming Stick is an HD player intended to add streaming to an HD TV. If your TV is HD rather than 4K, the 4K model’s extra resolution and HDR formats may not be useful. Check the product listing for the current model and included remote before ordering.

Choose the Streaming Stick 4K if your setup supports it
Roku lists the Streaming Stick 4K as model 3820R2. It supports 4K, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+/HLG. Roku says it requires a compatible 4K TV with an HDMI input that supports HDCP 2.2; you also need access to 4K content. Those requirements are more important than the advertised discount: a lower price does not make the 4K features available on an incompatible TV or HDMI connection.
Compare the actual checkout price
Because Roku’s own snapshots differ, compare the precise product page and offer terms on the day you buy rather than assuming the crossed-out price or discount will match another page. The offer terms state, “Roku may change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.”

Roku’s offers page links to a TV-deals section, but the available page information does not establish a specific TV model, current price, or discount. Treat any “up to 35% off” TV claim as unverified until the live listing identifies the television and shows the offer at checkout. For TVs bought through Roku.com, include any shipping and handling fees shown during checkout when comparing the total cost.

Check subscription promotions separately
A device promotion and a streaming-service promotion are separate offers. Roku says subscription promotions depend on eligibility and geography; check the individual offer’s terms, including whether it requires a payment method and when a trial ends. Roku’s subscription terms say, “Recurring subscriptions are pre-paid and will automatically renew until you cancel.” Review the cancellation timing and renewal terms on Roku’s promotional-offer support page and its subscriptions page before accepting a trial.
