The Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop built around a feature-rich dock, high advertised motor power and chassis features intended to handle low furniture and raised thresholds. Roborock lists 36,000 Pa as its maximum digital motor power and says the dock washes mop pads with hot water, dispenses detergent and dries them with warm air. Those are manufacturer specifications and claims—not independent proof of cleaning performance or floor sanitisation.

This review explains what the specifications mean, which features may matter in a home, and what remains unverified. Roborock’s US listing identifies the exact model and bundle; check its current US product listing for regional availability and price.

What is the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro?

The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro is a robot vacuum and mop with an automated service dock. Roborock positions it as a premium model, emphasizing suction, spinning mop pads, dock-based mop care, obstacle handling and its AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0. The published figures below come from Roborock’s product pages, accessed October 3, 2026; the pages do not state a publication year.

There is an important distinction between a feature specification and a measured result. No independent hands-on or comparative cleaning tests are established here, so claims about pickup, mopping, navigation reliability and anti-tangle performance should be treated as manufacturer-described capabilities.

What does 36,000 Pa suction mean?

Roborock advertises 36,000 Pa as the robot’s maximum digital motor power. This is a manufacturer specification. It is not, by itself, a measurement of how much dirt the robot removes from carpet or hard floors, nor does it establish how well it handles pet hair.

Pascal (Pa) is a pressure unit. A high advertised figure can be one point of comparison, but actual cleaning depends on more than that number, including brush design, airflow, floor type and operating conditions. Without comparable independent pickup tests, it would be misleading to rank this model’s cleaning performance from 36,000 Pa alone.

Does hot-water washing sanitise the floor?

No such floor-sanitising result is established by the specifications. Roborock describes the dock washing the mop pads with hot water; that is a dock-cleaning function, not evidence that the robot sanitises the floor.

On its global model page, Roborock says the dock uses water up to 100°C to wash the mop pads and claims a 99.99% bacteria-removal rate. The retrieved product-page content does not provide a test protocol for that rate, so it should be understood as Roborock’s claim about its mop-washing system—not a verified floor-disinfection claim. The company’s promotional wording is: “Uses up to 100°C hot water to loosen grease and stubborn residue for a more hygienic clean.”

Roborock also describes automatic detergent dispensing, dirt detection that can prompt a pad rewash and another mopping pass, warm-water refilling, and warm-air pad drying. Its global page lists drying at up to 55°C; the US feature page gives the equivalent as 131°F. The US page describes mop washing at up to 212°F, the Fahrenheit equivalent of 100°C.

Will it fit under furniture and cross your thresholds?

Roborock lists low-clearance access of 7.95 cm (3.13 inches) on its global and US feature pages. That figure is useful when comparing the robot’s stated access with the measured gap beneath furniture, but it does not guarantee clearance in every situation. Check the actual opening, including any low-hanging edges or obstacles, before expecting the robot to pass beneath a particular item.

Threshold figures depend on the configuration and region stated by the manufacturer:

Claim Roborock specification
Maximum double-layer threshold crossing, global page 4.5 cm + 4.3 cm, specified as two layers
Double-level climb, US product listing Up to 3.46 inches
Single-level climb, US product listing Up to 1.77 inches

These are manufacturer specifications, not independently tested results. In particular, the global figure describes a two-layer configuration; it should not be read as a universal single-step height. Measure the threshold’s shape and height at home, and treat the published maximum as a capability claim rather than a guarantee for every surface or approach.

How does obstacle handling and navigation work?

Roborock’s US feature page describes structured light and an RGB camera for obstacle handling. It also says the robot can clean behind curtains when curtains are marked in the app. These descriptions explain the intended functions, but the product pages do not establish a real-world avoidance success rate or show how reliably the robot handles every kind of small object, cable or room layout.

What about mopping pressure, brushes and carpet care?

Roborock’s global feature page specifies up to 14 N of downward mopping pressure and a spinning speed of 200 RPM. It also advertises 30% less water residue. These are manufacturer claims, not independently reproduced tests, and the product-page figures alone do not show how the robot performs across different floors or stains.

For hair management, Roborock describes a DuoDivide main brush and FlexiArm Arc side brush as an anti-tangle system. It also promotes carpet-cleaning features. Those design descriptions may help explain the product’s intended approach, but they do not independently confirm a zero-tangle outcome or establish pickup results on carpets.

Who should consider the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro?

The feature set may appeal to someone who wants a robot vacuum and mop with extensive dock automation and who has furniture gaps or thresholds that match the stated clearance specifications. Whether it is the right choice depends on how those capabilities compare with independently measured cleaning results, tested obstacle handling, local price and the cost and availability of compatible consumables.

Roborock’s US product listing is the source for the current US model and bundle details, but price and availability can change. For comparisons with other robots, look for like-for-like tests of hard-floor and carpet pickup, mopping and residue, navigation, threshold crossing, furniture clearance and dock maintenance. The specifications alone do not settle those comparisons.
