Reliance Digital announced on October 8, 2026 that its Festival of Electronics sale is live. The announcement names several products with advertised prices, including the Apple iPhone 17 Pro 256GB at ₹56,990, but it gives no end date and two of its TV and air conditioner prices conflict with each other. Treat the headline figures as starting points, and confirm the price on the live Reliance Digital listing before you buy.
What Reliance Digital announced
The retailer’s October 8, 2026 release covers electronics across several categories under the Festival of Electronics banner, with the hashtag #CelebrateWithNoExcuses attached to the campaign. The release advertises three headline benefits: an assured exchange bonus of up to ₹20,000, discounts of up to ₹30,000 on leading bank cards and consumer loans, and 50% off select accessories for shoppers spending ₹15,000 or more. The announcement is issued by Reliance Digital itself, so the prices and offers below are the retailer’s own stated figures, not independently verified checkout prices.

Apple iPhone 17 Pro 256GB
The phone is the most precisely specified item in the release: the 256GB configuration is named, and that is the one to search for when you compare listings. The ₹56,990 figure is the advertised price before any exchange, bank or loan benefit you personally qualify for. Because the release does not say which colour or sales channel the price applies to, confirm the exact variant on the product page before comparing it with another seller.
Dell 13 XPS Intel Core 5 laptop
The laptop is listed at ₹64,999, but the release names only the processor family and the model line. Two configurations of the same name can differ in memory and storage, which changes the value of the price. Check the specifications on the listing before judging whether the discount is good.

At ₹10,999 this is the lowest-priced named item. It is a standalone product, so it is the easiest one to compare directly with the same speaker sold elsewhere, provided you check that the colour and model match.
The TV and air conditioner price conflict
The release contradicts itself on two products, and the discrepancy matters if you are buying for a specific room or budget.
- Televisions. The opening summary names a Toshiba 55-inch Mini LED TV at ₹49,990. The detailed product list names an LG Mini LED TV at ₹37,990. The release does not say whether these are separate offers, different models, or an error. Neither figure should be treated as the deal for “the Mini LED TV” until the live listing confirms the brand, size and model.
- Air conditioners. The Samsung 1.5T inverter AC is priced at ₹33,890 in the opening summary and at ₹29,990 in the detailed list. The gap is ₹3,900. The release does not explain which figure is correct or whether they refer to different variants.
When a retailer gives two prices for one product, the detailed product list is usually the more specific of the two, but this release does not state that, so do not rely on the assumption. The live product page is the only reliable tie-breaker.

The offers, and why “up to” is a cap, not a promise
Each of the three headline offers is written as a maximum. The amount you actually save depends on your own eligibility, the product, and the terms of the bank or lender involved.
Exchange bonus of up to ₹20,000
The assured exchange bonus is available against an old device, and the release says it is “up to” ₹20,000. The bonus depends on the value the retailer assigns to your device after inspection, so a shopper trading in an older phone should expect a lower figure unless the device qualifies for the top value. The release does not publish the device-by-device valuation table, so the only way to know the exact credit is to check it on the exchange page before you check out.
Bank card and consumer loan discounts of up to ₹30,000
The release says discounts of up to ₹30,000 apply on leading bank cards and consumer loans. Two conditions limit this offer. First, the discount is tied to paying with a specific card or loan, so a shopper using a different card gets no bank benefit. Second, the release does not list the participating banks, the minimum transaction value, or whether the benefit is a flat amount or a percentage with a ceiling. Check those terms in the checkout flow before you assume the full discount applies.

50% off select accessories with a ₹15,000 spend
Shoppers spending ₹15,000 or more can get 50% off select accessories, subject to stock. The release gives November 15, 2026 as the validity date for this offer. The release does not say which accessories are included, so confirm that the accessory you want is on the eligible list before you add a phone or laptop to the cart to meet the threshold.
Caps versus realised savings
A simple way to think about the offer stack is to separate the advertised ceiling from what you will pay. Suppose a shopper buys a ₹56,990 phone, qualifies for a ₹6,000 exchange credit, and uses a card whose bank discount is ₹4,000. The payable amount would be ₹46,990, which is a saving of ₹10,000 from the advertised price. That is an illustration of the arithmetic, not a figure from the release, and it is not the ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 maximums the headlines use. A shopper with no exchange device and no qualifying card should compare the base price only.
The sale end date is not announced
The release does not give an end date for the Festival of Electronics sale. Its FAQ states that the end date has not been announced. The only date in the offer terms is the November 15, 2026 validity for the accessory offer, and that applies to the accessory discount, not to the main sale. Do not assume that prices will hold until a particular date. If a price matters to your purchase, buy while it is shown on the live listing, and check the listing again on the day you order.

Before you pay: a verification checklist
- Open the Reliance Digital product page for the exact model and configuration, not a search result or a category page. Confirm the colour, storage, RAM or screen size.
- Confirm the price shown at the cart stage, before any exchange, bank or loan benefit is applied. This is the figure to compare with other sellers.
- If you plan to use an exchange, enter your old device at the exchange step and read the value it is assigned. Do not use the ₹20,000 headline in your calculation until the value is shown.
- If you plan to use a card or loan, check that your specific bank or lender is listed as eligible, and note the minimum transaction value and any cap on the discount.
- If you are buying an accessory discount, confirm the accessory is eligible and that the order meets the ₹15,000 threshold after other discounts are applied.
- Check the stock status for your nearest store or delivery pin code. The release says accessory offers are subject to stock, and the retailer describes its network as more than 700 large-format Reliance Digital stores and more than 900 My Jio stores across over 800 cities. Those are the retailer’s own corporate figures, and store availability for a given product still has to be checked for your location.
Context: how the campaign has performed before
Reliance Industries Limited’s January 2026 investor presentation reports that the Festival of Electronics flagship campaign delivered +32% year-over-year growth during the festive quarter and recorded its highest-ever single-day sales on Dhanteras. That is a company-reported figure about an earlier festive season. It tells you the campaign has been run before and was commercially significant for the company, but it does not describe the October 2026 sale’s prices, stock or results, and it has not been independently audited.

An official Reliance Digital terms page also turns up in search results, but it describes an April 2026 promotion period. Its mechanics should not be used to judge the October Festival of Electronics offers. For this sale, the terms that matter are those in the October 8, 2026 release and the conditions shown on the live product and checkout pages.
What the announcement does not settle
The release does not give complete eligibility rules for every offer, does not explain the TV and air conditioner price differences, and does not say when the sale ends. It also does not state whether the advertised prices are the same in every city, or whether they apply to online orders, in-store purchases, or both. Those points are not settled by the announcement, so the live listing and checkout page are the final authority on any figure you plan to pay.
