The “up to $100 off” Bose refurbished deal was reported on June 18, 2025, and its prices and savings are historical—not confirmed offers today. The featured products were Bose QuietComfort Headphones and the Smart Ultra Soundbar. Bose still publishes a Certified Refurbished catalog, but check the product page and your regional checkout for current price, stock, warranty, and returns.
What the June 2025 Bose deal included
HotHardware reported that Bose’s June 18, 2025 promotion listed refurbished QuietComfort Headphones for $229 and the refurbished Smart Ultra Soundbar for $599. Its headline advertised savings of up to $100 against Bose’s then-current refurbished list prices. Those figures describe that promotion only; they do not establish today’s prices or availability. HotHardware’s June 2025 report
The same report mentioned refurbished QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Bose TV Speaker, Ultra Open Earbuds, SoundLink Micro, SoundLink Flex, QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, and Solo Soundbar 2. Their inclusion in the past report is not confirmation that they are currently in stock.

Bose’s current Certified Refurbished catalog says products are cleaned, restored, and tested, with genuine Bose replacement parts used when needed. For products purchased directly from Bose, the catalog currently states a one-year warranty and a 30-day return policy. Terms can vary by country storefront and order, so confirm them on the applicable product and checkout pages before buying. Bose Certified Refurbished catalog

- CERTIFIED RENEWED: Products are refurbished, tested, and certified by the original manufacturer or an authorized partner to meet manufacturer standards
- THOROUGHLY TESTED: Every Bose Certified Renewed product undergoes thorough internal and external cleaning and, where needed, is fitted with Bose replacement parts. With functionality and quality testing, your Bose Certified Renewed product will be as good as new
- SHOP CONFIDENTLY: All Bose refurbished products are backed by a 1-year warranty, the same as any new Bose product
- NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES: Effortlessly combines noise cancellation technology with passive features so you can shut off the outside world, quiet distractions, and take music beyond the beat
- 2 LISTENING MODES: These wireless Bluetooth headphones feature Quiet and Aware Modes that let you toggle between full noise cancelling or full awareness of your surroundings for seamless sound control
These are Bose’s published refurbishment claims and direct-store terms, not an independent assessment of every item’s condition. Check the listing for condition details and included accessories, and distinguish Bose-certified stock from a third-party seller’s refurbished listing, whose inspection, warranty, and return terms may differ.
Which product fits your use?
QuietComfort Headphones for personal listening
The refurbished QuietComfort Headphones product page lists noise cancellation, high-fidelity audio, adjustable EQ, and an audio cable with an inline microphone. Bose claims up to 24 hours of battery life; actual battery life can depend on use and settings. Bose refurbished QuietComfort Headphones

- NOISE CANCELING HEADPHONES: These wireless noise cancelling headphones feature Quiet Mode, Aware Mode and Immersion Mode, which combines full noise cancellation and Bose Immersive Audio
They are the relevant option if you want headphones for listening privately or reducing surrounding noise. Consider fit, connection options, and the product’s current price alongside the new equivalent; the 2025 deal price is not a valid current comparison.
Smart Ultra Soundbar for TV and room audio
The refurbished Smart Ultra Soundbar page identifies Dolby Atmos and related home-audio features. Review the current listing for the specific features and compatibility that matter for your TV and room. A soundbar serves shared TV or room listening rather than personal, noise-reducing use. How to decide whether a refurbished Bose product is worth it
There is no universal discount threshold established here. Compare the actual current cost and protections for the exact item you plan to buy:
- Total price: Compare the refurbished price with the new equivalent, not with a past sale figure or an unrelated listing.
- Seller and refurbishment: Confirm whether Bose itself is selling the product as Certified Refurbished or whether a third party refurbished it.
- Warranty and returns: Read the terms shown for your country and order. Bose’s catalog currently describes a one-year warranty and 30-day returns for direct purchases, but verify the applicable terms at checkout.
- Condition and contents: Check the product condition and which accessories are included in the specific listing.
- Fit for purpose: For headphones, weigh comfort, noise cancellation, connections, and stated battery life. For a soundbar, check its format and TV/audio features against your setup.
No independent side-by-side listening test is established by the available product information, so use the listed features and purchase terms rather than assuming refurbished units sound identical based on an independent test.
