In 91mobiles’ reported battery tests, the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max lasted longer in PCMark, while the OnePlus Nord 6 charged from 20% to 100% sooner. Gaming results were close and split across the two games tested, so these results do not establish a universal winner for everyday use.
How the battery results compare
91mobiles’ 2026 comparison reports these results. Its PCMark run began at 100% charge, used 80% display brightness, and stopped when battery level fell below 20%. That measures a defined portion of the battery—not runtime from full charge to empty.

These are results from one publication’s test suite, not a prediction of every owner’s runtime. Workload, brightness, network conditions, software, and the test’s stopping threshold can all affect a comparison.
Which phone lasts longer in the reported test?
The REDMI Note 17 Pro Max leads the PCMark result: 91mobiles reports about 24.0 hours, compared with about 20.8 hours for the Nord 6. Treat those as test-specific figures, not a direct estimate of how many hours either phone will last in your own daily routine.

The gaming sessions do not point to a single winner. The Nord lost less charge in the reported 40-minute CoD: Mobile session, while the Redmi lost less in the BGMI session. Each gap was one percentage point, and the results apply to those sessions rather than gaming in general.
Which one charges faster?
For the reported 20%-to-100% interval, the Nord 6 finished in 1 hour 5 minutes; the Redmi took 1 hour 17 minutes 40 seconds, according to 91mobiles. The comparison’s prose labels the Redmi the charging-round winner, but that label conflicts with its own full-charge timings. The times themselves show the Nord completing this interval sooner.

Charging ratings are not the same as measured charge times. Xiaomi’s India specifications list 100W HyperCharge for the Redmi and note that actual charging power varies with conditions. The Nord’s 80W rating is reported by 91mobiles and Android Central; an official OnePlus regional specification was not established in the sources for this comparison.

Do not assume every Redmi Note 17 Pro Max sold in every market has the same battery configuration or box contents. Xiaomi India lists a 10,000mAh typical silicon-carbon battery and an included 100W charger, while its package note says contents can vary by region or packaging version. Xiaomi Global advises checking local seller information about adapter availability.

Variant context matters too: Android Central’s review describes a 9,210mAh version and also refers to Xiaomi selling a 10,000mAh model. That does not establish which configuration 91mobiles tested. Check the exact model and market listing when comparing a particular purchase.
For the Nord 6, 9,000mAh and 80W are figures reported by 91mobiles and Android Central, rather than region-specific official specifications established here. Verify the version and charger supplied in the market where you plan to buy.

How to use this comparison for your decision
- Prioritize the PCMark result if you want the better outcome in this specific battery benchmark: the Redmi led in 91mobiles’ run.
- Prioritize the reported 20%-to-100% interval if a shorter recharge matters more: the Nord finished that measured interval sooner.
- For gaming, do not treat either phone as a clear winner based on these short sessions; the results split by game.
- Before relying on capacity or included-charger figures, confirm the exact regional version and package contents.
