Which should you buy? It depends first on which Redmi Note 15 Pro you mean: Xiaomi lists distinct 4G and 5G models with different screens, chips, batteries, front cameras, and ingress ratings. For an India price snapshot, 91mobiles lists the Redmi at ₹31,999 and the Nothing Phone (3a) at ₹24,999—a ₹7,000 difference—but the Redmi listing’s exact 4G/5G identity needs checking against its seller SKU. Prices and availability can change; the figures below are regional listings accessed in 2026, not guaranteed current offers. Prices and availability: what the listings actually show
In the India listings accessed in 2026, 91mobiles showed ₹31,999 for the Redmi Note 15 Pro and ₹24,999 for the Nothing Phone (3a). The ₹7,000 gap is calculated from those listed prices; it is a snapshot, not a permanent price difference. The comparison page does not establish whether its Redmi listing is the 4G or 5G model, so verify the seller’s exact model and storage before comparing deals.
In the UK, Nothing’s page listed the Phone (3a) 12GB+256GB at £329 when accessed in 2026, but marked it sold out. That is not an equivalent same-market comparison with the India listings. Compare phones only within the same country, storage tier, sales channel, and date, and factor in local warranty and stock. [91mobiles India listings] [Nothing UK product page]

The name covers materially different products in Xiaomi’s regional listings. The global specification page describes a 4G model; Xiaomi UK lists a separate 5G model. How the Nothing Phone (3a) compares on specifications
The reviewed 91mobiles comparison reports a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, a 6.77-inch 1080 × 2392 120Hz flexible AMOLED display, 5,000mAh battery, and 50W charging for the Phone (3a). Its listed rear cameras are a 50MP main, 50MP telephoto, and 8MP ultrawide; the front camera is 32MP. It reports no wireless charging and IP64 ingress protection. Because the accessible Nothing UK product page is a product and price listing rather than a complete specification sheet, confirm the precise regional configuration with Nothing’s support material or the seller before purchase. Display: the 5G Redmi has the sharper, larger panel
Against the Phone (3a)’s reported 6.77-inch, 1080p 120Hz screen, the UK-listed Redmi 5G has a 6.83-inch, 2772 × 1280 120Hz panel. That gives the Redmi 5G the larger, higher-resolution specification. The global Redmi 4G model is listed at 6.77 inches and 2392 × 1080, much closer to the Nothing’s reported screen dimensions and resolution. The supplied specifications alone do not establish which panel looks better in use.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsPerformance: compare the exact Redmi chip, not just the name
The 4G Redmi’s Helio G200-Ultra and the 5G Redmi’s Dimensity 7400-Ultra are different processors; the Nothing listing reports a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. These model names identify the hardware but do not, by themselves, demonstrate which phone is faster for a particular app, game, or workload. No comparable, reproducible performance testing is established here, so choose based on the precise model and independent testing relevant to your use rather than an unsupported universal ranking. Cameras: stabilization and telephoto are different advantages
Both Redmi variants list a 200MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide. The Nothing’s reported three-camera setup adds a dedicated 50MP telephoto camera to its 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide. That gives it a distinct listed telephoto option, while Xiaomi emphasizes main-camera resolution and optical image stabilization. Megapixel counts and camera components do not prove overall photo quality; there is no comparable camera test here to declare a winner.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
Xiaomi lists 6,500mAh for the 4G Redmi and 6,580mAh for the 5G model, each with 45W charging. The Phone (3a) listing reports 5,000mAh and 50W charging. These are stated capacities and charging ratings, not evidence of how long each phone lasts in real use or how quickly it charges from empty. Actual endurance and charge time depend on usage and conditions; no controlled side-by-side results are established here. Durability: interpret IP ratings narrowly
Xiaomi lists IP65 for the global 4G Redmi and IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K for its UK 5G model; the comparison page lists IP64 for Nothing. These are certification ratings, and their meaning depends on the applicable test conditions. They are not a promise that a phone is waterproof or safe from every kind of water exposure. Confirm the certification for the exact regional SKU and follow the manufacturer’s care and warranty guidance. [Xiaomi global specifications] [Xiaomi UK 5G specifications] [91mobiles comparison]
Which should you buy?
Choose the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G if
- The exact 5G SKU is available in your market and you want the larger, higher-resolution display listed for the UK model.
- You prioritize the Redmi’s larger stated battery capacity over the Nothing’s reported camera layout.
- The local price, storage, warranty, and network-band support make sense for your use.
Consider the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G if
- You are shopping specifically for the global-listed 4G model and do not want to mistake it for the 5G phone.
- The 6.77-inch 2392 × 1080 display, 200MP OIS main camera, and listed 6,500mAh battery fit your priorities and its local price is competitive.
Choose the Nothing Phone (3a) if
- A dedicated telephoto camera matters more to you than choosing a phone based on its main-camera megapixel count.
- It is meaningfully less expensive than the exact Redmi model and storage tier available to you.
- You have verified the local stock, configuration, warranty, and network compatibility.
In the India listings accessed in 2026, the Nothing was ₹7,000 cheaper than the Redmi listing, but that comparison is not enough to name a universal value winner while the Redmi variant is unspecified. Make the decision from the precise seller SKU and current local price, then weigh the Redmi 5G’s listed screen and battery specifications against the Nothing’s reported telephoto camera.
