The REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G is the lower-priced option in the India-specific comparison snapshot, while the vivo V70 FE is listed with a higher-resolution selfie camera and a larger battery figure on vivo’s Singapore page. Both are described as having 6.83-inch AMOLED displays and 200 MP main cameras, but the available details mix regional sources and do not establish a universal winner. Compare the exact local variants, prices and warranty before choosing.
At a glance: the important differences
The Xiaomi model here is specifically the REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G. Xiaomi also sells a non-5G REDMI Note 15 Pro with different core specifications, so the suffix matters. Xiaomi’s specifications page identifies the 5G model; the non-5G model has a separate listing.
| Specification | REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G | vivo V70 FE |
|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.83-inch AMOLED; 2772 × 1280; up to 120 Hz (Xiaomi official specification) | 6.83-inch AMOLED (91mobiles comparison listing) |

| Front camera | 20 MP (Xiaomi official specification) | 50 MP (91mobiles comparison listing; confirm the market variant) |
| Battery and charging | 6,580 mAh typical capacity; 45 W charging (Xiaomi official specification) | 7,000 mAh highlighted on vivo Singapore’s product page; charging rate not stated in the cited comparison |
| Software listing | Android 15 with HyperOS in the 91mobiles comparison | OriginOS 6 on vivo Singapore’s product page; Android 16 in the 91mobiles comparison |
| Memory and storage | Xiaomi lists 8 GB/256 GB, 8 GB/512 GB, 12 GB/256 GB and 12 GB/512 GB configurations | 91mobiles lists 8 GB or 12 GB RAM; storage configuration not stated in the cited comparison |
Sources: Xiaomi official specifications, vivo Singapore product page and 91mobiles’ comparison. Vivo’s Singapore page and the comparison’s India-market entries may refer to different regional variants; do not assume the software, battery, memory or camera details all describe one identical SKU.

Price difference: the cited figures are an India snapshot
91mobiles displayed ₹31,999 for the REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G and ₹39,829 for the vivo V70 FE, a difference of ₹7,830 in that comparison snapshot accessed on October 7, 2026. These are third-party listing figures, not guaranteed live prices or fixed official prices. The comparison does not establish that the listings use matched RAM and storage configurations, seller terms, or discounts.

Before deciding on value, compare the checkout price for the same memory and storage tier in your market. Also check the seller, warranty coverage and whether the phone is the regional model you expect. Prices can change, and the cited India figures should not be applied to other countries.
Which phone makes more sense for your priorities?
Choose the REDMI if its local price and features line up
- You want a documented 120 Hz, 2772 × 1280 display specification and a stated Dimensity 7400-Ultra processor from Xiaomi.
- You want an explicitly listed OIS-equipped main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera.
- You can buy the exact 5G model at a meaningfully lower price with a suitable local warranty and configuration.
Consider the vivo if selfies or battery capacity are key
- The 50 MP front camera in the 91mobiles India comparison is higher in resolution than Xiaomi’s listed 20 MP front camera, but megapixels alone do not establish which produces better photos.
- vivo Singapore highlights a 7,000 mAh battery. Confirm that the capacity applies to the exact V70 FE sold in your market; it should not be treated as directly interchangeable with the India comparison’s battery details.
- The 91mobiles comparison reports a 16-hour, 35-minute battery test result for Vivo. That is a publisher-reported result, not an independent test performed for this article; the available details do not establish enough about methodology and exact variant to make it a reliable cross-market verdict.
What the specifications do—and do not—settle
The listed display sizes and main-camera resolutions are the same, but those numbers alone cannot tell you which screen looks better or which camera takes better pictures. Image processing, lens quality, stabilization behavior, low-light performance and software all matter. Xiaomi explicitly lists OIS for the REDMI main camera; the cited Vivo listing establishes its 200 MP resolution but does not provide an equivalent OIS detail, so do not infer a feature from the resolution.

Likewise, processor names and RAM figures are not a substitute for a matched performance test. The sources identify different chipsets, but do not provide a controlled head-to-head benchmark. Software listings also vary between sources and regions: Xiaomi’s comparison entry says Android 15 with HyperOS, while the vivo Singapore page names OriginOS 6 and the India comparison lists Android 16 for Vivo. Confirm the version and update support for the exact unit before purchase.

Checklist before you buy
- Confirm the Xiaomi listing says REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G, not the separate non-5G model.
- Match RAM and storage, then compare the actual checkout price rather than a comparison-page snapshot.
- Verify the region-specific model, network compatibility, software build and local warranty.
- Choose based on the camera configuration you will use: Xiaomi specifies OIS and ultra-wide coverage; the cited Vivo comparison lists a 50 MP selfie camera.
- Check the product box for included accessories. Xiaomi lists a protective case and USB Type-C cable among package contents, but says contents can vary by region.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
