AMOLED versus LCD
Xiaomi lists an AMOLED panel, while vivo lists a 6.76-inch LCD at 2,344 × 1,080 resolution. That is a meaningful technology distinction, but it does not by itself establish which phone looks better in everyday use. Battery capacity and charging
The T5x’s listed 7,200 mAh capacity is 620 mAh greater than the Redmi’s listed 6,580 mAh. This is arithmetic from the manufacturers’ stated capacities, not evidence that the vivo lasts a specific amount longer. Actual runtime depends on usage and other factors, and no comparable endurance test is available here.
The listed charging rates are close: 45 W for the Redmi and 44 W for the vivo. These are manufacturer specifications; they do not establish real-world charging times.

How the camera and chipset specifications compare
Rear cameras
Xiaomi lists a 200 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. vivo lists a 50 MP Sony IMX852 main camera and a 2 MP bokeh camera. Megapixel counts and camera hardware do not establish which phone takes better photos; no independent image-quality comparison is available in the cited material.
Chipsets
The manufacturers name the chipsets as MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra for the Redmi and Dimensity 7400-Turbo for the T5x. The names alone are not a dependable basis for ranking speed, gaming, heat, or efficiency. Look for comparable testing of the exact India-market models if those factors determine your choice.

What is the price difference in India?
A verified like-for-like price gap is not established. The vivo India store listing displays ₹34,999 for the 8 GB+256 GB T5x 5G, but the retrieved Xiaomi India product page does not provide a matching Redmi price. The vivo figure is a listing for that configuration, not proof of a lasting street price. Check the live price and configuration at checkout before buying.
India availability for the Redmi also remains unclear from the available sources. Xiaomi has an India product page, but that page alone does not confirm current stock or a launch date. A Gadgets 360 comparison page says the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G was not launched in India, which conflicts with the existence of Xiaomi’s India product page. Neither detail settles present retail availability; confirm through a current manufacturer announcement or retailer listing.
