Realme showed a 15,000mAh battery-phone concept at its 828 Global Fan Festival on August 27, 2025. It was a prototype announcement, not a retail launch: availability, price and a complete final specification sheet were not announced in the coverage available at the time.
What is the realme 15,000mAh phone?
It is a concept handset built around a high-capacity battery. Realme said the battery uses 100% full-silicon-anode technology and has an energy density of 1,200 Wh/L. The company presented the phone at the 828 Global Fan Festival on August 27, 2025. Realme’s announcement describes its own claims; it does not provide an independent test protocol.
How long does the battery last?
Realme estimated up to four days of normal use, up to 18 hours of continuous video recording, and up to 53 hours of video playback. These are company estimates for the concept, not independently verified results or guarantees of everyday battery life. Realme also said the phone could wirelessly reverse-charge other devices. Gadgets 360’s report relayed a separate claim of up to five days of daily use from Realme Vice President Chase Xu, while its headline says six days. Because the accounts conflict, Realme’s own four-day estimate is the clearest primary-source figure.

No retail availability, price or release date was announced in the publication-time coverage. Gadgets 360 reported that the battery phone was a concept, not a product launch. A final retail specification sheet is also not established, so rumored components or specifications should not be treated as confirmed details.

How is the Chill Fan Phone different?
The Chill Fan Phone was another concept shown at the festival, separate from the 15,000mAh battery handset. It targets heat rather than battery endurance: Realme said it combines a miniature internal fan with a thermoelectric cooler and can reduce the phone’s core temperature by up to 6°C during heavy use. That is Realme’s claim, not an independently measured result.
