The realme P4x 5G is the better fit if you want a 144Hz display; the iQOO Z11x 5G stands out for its 32MP selfie camera, front-and-rear 4K video, larger stated battery, and higher published water-resistance ratings. Both have FHD+ LCD screens and processors from the Dimensity 7400 family. A reliable current price difference is not established, so compare matching memory variants at live checkout before choosing.

Which is better: realme P4x or iQOO Z11x?

There is no single winner across these specifications. Choose according to what you value most: the P4x lists a faster-refreshing screen, while the Z11x has more clearly documented selfie and video capabilities and higher published resistance ratings.

Choose the realme P4x for its 144Hz display

The P4x’s 144Hz refresh rate is higher than the Z11x’s 120Hz. That may appeal if you prefer smoother scrolling or play games that can use higher refresh rates. It does not, by itself, establish better gaming performance: the phones use differently named chips from the same Dimensity 7400 family, and chip names alone do not prove a real-world winner.

Realme lists 45W charging, one watt above iQOO’s 44W rating. That small rated-wattage difference does not establish which phone charges faster in practice.

Choose the iQOO Z11x for selfie video and its published resistance ratings

The Z11x has a listed 32MP front camera versus 8MP on the P4x. iQOO also specifies 4K recording at 30fps with EIS on both front and rear cameras. Realme highlights 4K video, but the consulted product-page passage does not clearly state whether that applies to the front camera.

iQOO publishes IP68 and IP69+ ratings, compared with IP64 for the P4x. These ratings are not a promise that a phone cannot be damaged by water, dust, or impact. Do not deliberately submerge either device; check the warranty terms and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance.

Which phone has the better display?

Both phones use FHD+ LCD panels. The P4x lists a 144Hz refresh rate, while the Z11x lists 120Hz. The Z11x screen is slightly larger at 6.76 inches versus 6.72 inches for the P4x.

For brightness, realme claims 1000 nits peak brightness and iQOO states a 1200-nit high-brightness mode. Those are differently described measures, so they should not be treated as directly comparable proof that one screen will always look brighter.

Which phone has the better battery?

The Z11x has the larger stated battery: 7200mAh against 7000mAh in the P4x. Capacity alone does not establish which phone lasts longer; display settings, network conditions, software, and usage affect endurance. Likewise, the 45W and 44W charging ratings do not tell you the actual time needed for a full charge.

91mobiles reports PCMark battery-test results of 19 hours 59 minutes for the Z11x and 17 hours 38 minutes for the P4x. Treat these as results from that comparison, not as guaranteed everyday battery life: the comparison page does not fully establish the test methodology and device configurations.

Which phone has the better camera?

Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera. The P4x’s secondary camera is described as a 2MP mono camera in the 91mobiles table; iQOO calls its 2MP secondary camera a bokeh camera. These labels and megapixel counts do not establish which phone takes better photos.

  • 165.9 x 76 x 8.4 mm (6.53 x 2.99 x 0.33 in), 208 g (7.34 oz)

The Z11x has the clearer specification advantage for selfie resolution and video recording: its front camera is 32MP, and iQOO specifies front- and rear-camera 4K recording at 30fps with EIS. The P4x lists an 8MP front camera. Realme highlights 4K video, but the consulted product-page passage does not clearly specify front-camera capability.

Performance and software: what the figures do and don’t show

Both processors belong to MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 family: the P4x lists the Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G and the Z11x the Dimensity 7400-Turbo 5G. The names do not settle which is faster in real use.

91mobiles reports these results for its comparison:

Test realme P4x iQOO Z11x
AnTuTu 974,831 points 960,651 points
Geekbench multi-core 2,994 points 2,826 points

The comparison page does not fully establish its test methodology or device configurations. The reported score differences are not enough to promise a meaningful performance advantage. For gaming or sustained workloads, look for independent tests using matched software versions and configurations.

  • Android 15, Realme UI 5.0, Unisoc T7250 (12 nm), Octa-core (2x1.8 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.6 GHz Cortex-A55)

Software-version information also needs context: realme identifies Android 15 as the P4x’s basis, while iQOO identifies OriginOS 6 and 91mobiles lists Android 16 for the Z11x. Version information can depend on launch variant and subsequent updates, so confirm the installed version on the device being sold. The upgrade and security-support periods in the table are 91mobiles-reported figures, not manufacturer commitments verified on the product pages consulted.

realme P4x vs iQOO Z11x price difference in India

A dependable current price difference is not established. The 91mobiles comparison page displayed ₹21,939 for the P4x at Amazon and marked the Z11x unavailable in stores when it was crawled. That is a volatile third-party snapshot, not a verified live offer, and it does not provide two comparable in-stock prices.

To compare value, check the same RAM and storage tier for both phones on official or reputable Indian retailer listings. Confirm current stock and the checkout price, including any bank or exchange discount, before treating one as cheaper.

How to choose between them

  • Pick the realme P4x if its listed 144Hz refresh rate is your priority and you do not need the Z11x’s documented 32MP selfie camera or front-and-rear 4K recording.
  • Pick the iQOO Z11x if you value the 32MP front camera, specified front-and-rear 4K video, its larger stated battery, or its published IP68/IP69+ ratings.
  • Compare carefully for gaming or heavy use: the available comparison scores do not establish a decisive sustained-performance winner.
  • Choose on value only after a live check: compare matching memory variants at checkout; the available price snapshot does not establish a current price winner.
