The realme P4R 5G is the stronger paper fit if you want a faster-refreshing, slightly larger screen, a higher-capacity battery and a higher-resolution selfie camera. The vivo T5 Lite 5G is lighter and advertises IP65 dust and water resistance. Both list the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, so the specifications alone do not establish a performance winner. Prices vary by retailer and configuration; compare the same RAM and storage variant before deciding.

Manufacturer specifications are the source for the realme figures and vivo’s chipset, display, battery, weight, camera and protection claims. Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4R lists a maximum 144 Hz refresh rate, compared with 120 Hz for the vivo T5 Lite. Its stated 17.30 cm diagonal is also slightly larger than the 6.74-inch display listed for vivo. Both are HD+ LCD displays, so neither specification indicates a sharper panel than the other: realme lists 1570 × 720 resolution and 254 PPI, while the cited vivo information identifies its display as HD+.
A higher refresh-rate ceiling can make supported motion appear smoother, but it does not by itself establish better brightness, color, touch response or day-to-day viewing quality. vivo advertises a high-brightness figure of 1200 nits; the realme specification cited here does not provide a directly comparable brightness figure.

Battery capacity versus weight
On listed capacity, realme has the advantage: its battery is specified as 8000 mAh typical and 7780 mAh rated, while vivo advertises 6500 mAh. These are capacity specifications, not measured screen-on time or a guarantee that the P4R lasts longer in every use pattern.
The trade-off is carrying weight. vivo lists the T5 Lite at 209 g; realme lists the P4R at about 224 g. Choose based on whether the larger stated battery matters more to you than a lighter phone, rather than assuming capacity alone predicts real-world endurance.

Camera specifications: similar rear resolution, different selfie resolution
Both phones list a 50 MP main rear camera. The realme specification also identifies an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus. vivo describes its rear camera as a 50 MP main camera. Those headline resolutions do not establish which phone takes better photos: sensor, processing, focus behavior, lighting and other factors also matter, and the specifications here are not comparative camera-test results.

For the front camera, realme lists 8 MP at f/2.0. The vivo 5 MP figure is reported by 91mobiles, rather than established on the cited vivo product page. The higher listed megapixel count is a specification difference, not proof of better selfies.

Protection and charging claims
vivo advertises IP65 dust and water resistance. That rating should not be read as a promise that the phone is safe to submerge. The reviewed realme specification excerpt does not establish an equivalent protection rating, so a direct protection comparison is not available from these details.
For charging, vivo explains that its 44 W FlashCharge uses the official charger. The 45 W figure for realme is reported by 91mobiles; the cited realme specification page does not establish the charger or in-box qualification. Check the current listing and package details if charging accessories matter to your purchase.

Price difference in India: compare matching variants
A 91mobiles comparison snapshot returned in 2026 showed Amazon observations of ₹20,199 for the realme P4R 5G and ₹21,320 for the vivo T5 Lite 5G—a difference of ₹1,121, with vivo higher in that snapshot. These are volatile retailer prices, not manufacturer-set prices; another comparison snapshot showed different amounts. The figures should not be treated as current guaranteed offers.

Which should you choose?
Choose the realme P4R 5G if
- You prioritize the higher listed refresh rate and slightly larger display.
- You want the larger stated battery capacity.
- You prefer the higher listed front-camera resolution.
Choose the vivo T5 Lite 5G if
- You want the lighter phone based on the listed weights.
- vivo’s advertised IP65 rating is important to you.
- The same-memory configuration is currently better priced for you.
Both manufacturers list the Dimensity 6300, but no comparable independent performance or battery test is established by these specifications. Software-support duration and warranty terms are likewise not established in the cited product information, so confirm those details with the manufacturer or seller if they affect your decision.
