The realme P4 5G is the better fit if you want a large, high-refresh display and a 7,000mAh battery; the vivo X300 FE pairs a smaller, sharper-screened design with a more extensive listed camera setup and a higher-end named processor. The X300 FE sits in a substantially higher price bracket in the available India listings, but those prices are from different moments and storage configurations, so they do not establish a precise current price gap.

The realme specifications are from realme India’s P4 5G specification page. The X300 FE figures above reflect a vivo-operated Pakistan shop listing, not a universal specification sheet; availability and specifications can differ by market.
Which display is better for you?
Choose the P4 for size and refresh rate
At 6.77 inches and up to 144Hz, the P4 offers a larger screen and the higher listed refresh rate. That combination may suit people who prefer more room for reading, video, or scrolling. Refresh rate alone does not establish overall display quality.

The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch panel is more compact, while its listed 2640 × 1216 resolution puts more pixels on a smaller screen than the P4’s 1080 × 2392 panel. The figures support a size-and-resolution comparison, not a conclusion that one panel is categorically better.

Performance: what the processor listings tell you
The P4 lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G, while the Pakistan shop lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for the X300 FE. Those names place the phones in different processor tiers on paper, with the X300 FE positioned as the more performance-oriented option. No controlled benchmark or workload results are established here, so there is no defensible score or claim about the size of the real-world performance gap.
Camera differences
Rear cameras
The P4 lists a 50MP main camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. The X300 FE listing gives three rear-camera resolutions: 50MP, 8MP, and 50MP. That means the vivo has a third listed rear camera, but megapixel counts do not reveal sensor quality, lens role, image processing, or which phone takes better photos. The P4’s official page lists rear video recording up to 4K at 30fps.
Selfie cameras
The P4 lists a 16MP front camera, compared with 50MP for the X300 FE. The resolution difference is clear; it does not by itself prove which phone produces better selfies or video calls.

Battery and charging
realme lists a 7,000mAh typical battery and 80W charging for the P4, with the adapter included. The vivo Pakistan shop lists a 6,500mAh battery and 90W wired charging for the X300 FE. The P4 therefore has the larger stated capacity, while the X300 FE has the higher stated wired-charging wattage. Capacity and charging ratings do not establish exact battery life or charging time under everyday conditions.
A vivo community post claims 40W wireless charging for the X300 FE, but that feature is not confirmed by the formal regional specification source cited here. Treat it as unverified until vivo confirms it on an official regional product page.
Storage, software, and regional details
The P4 is listed with 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage. The cited vivo Pakistan shop configuration is 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Since the shop’s X300 FE listing is for Pakistan and the P4 figures are from realme India, these configurations should not be assumed to be available everywhere.

realme specifies realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 for the P4. The Pakistan X300 FE shop lists Android, while OriginOS appears in vivo community content. Confirm the software version, regional interface, and update policy for the exact market and unit you plan to buy; the available evidence does not support a like-for-like update-support comparison.
The same community post also claims IP68/IP69 protection for the X300 FE, but this is not established by the formal shop specification cited above. Do not treat those ratings as verified for every regional variant without an official specification for that market.

The available India price observations point to the X300 FE costing substantially more, but they are not synchronized live quotes for matching configurations:
- realme India’s store search result displayed ₹30,999 for the P4 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, alongside a displayed MRP of ₹45,999. This is a dynamic listing, not an independently verified prevailing street price: realme India.
- Smartprix displayed ₹32,999 for the P4 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and ₹84,999 for the X300 FE. These are aggregator “lowest price found” snapshots, and the P4 configuration differs from the store result: Smartprix comparison.
- Android Central reported an India launch price of ₹79,999 for the X300 FE. That is a reported launch price, not a current offer: Android Central’s review.
For a useful comparison, check the prices currently offered in your country for the same RAM and storage configuration, and compare the final checkout price rather than an MRP or an aggregator snapshot. Do not subtract these unmatched figures and treat the result as today’s price difference.
