The realme P4 5G is the stronger spec-led pick if you want an AMOLED display with a listed 144Hz refresh rate and 80W charging. The moto g67 power 5G counters with an IP64-rated design, a higher-resolution selfie camera and Motorola’s stated software-support policy. Both list 7000mAh batteries, so your choice comes down to those differences and the current price and availability of the exact variant.

Specifications are from the manufacturers’ product pages: realme P4 5G and moto g67 power 5G. A specification difference does not establish which phone performs better in everyday use or takes better photos.

Which phone has the better display?

The realme P4 5G has a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel rated up to 144Hz; the Motorola has a 6.7-inch LCD rated at 120Hz. On the listed specifications, realme offers both the AMOLED display type and the higher refresh rate. That may make it the better fit if those display characteristics are priorities, but the specifications alone do not establish comparative brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility or viewing quality.

Performance: Dimensity 7400 Ultra vs Snapdragon 7s Gen 2

Realme lists the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G, while Motorola lists the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 manufactured on a 4nm process. These are different platforms, and their names or process descriptions alone do not show which phone is faster. No fair head-to-head benchmark or sustained-use testing is established here, so choose between them based on the other confirmed features rather than assuming a performance winner.

Battery capacity and charging speed

Both manufacturers list a 7000mAh battery. Realme specifies 80W charging and says an adapter is included in its specifications; Motorola lists 30W device charging capability. The wattage figures indicate a difference in supported charging capability, not a guaranteed charging time. Battery endurance and actual charge duration have not been established in a comparable test.

Camera comparison

Rear cameras

Both phones list a 50MP main camera and an 8MP wide-angle or ultra-wide camera. Motorola identifies its main sensor as Sony LYTIA 600. Resolution and sensor naming do not settle photo quality: processing, stabilization and real-world results are not established by these specifications.

Selfie cameras and video

The moto g67 power 5G lists a 32MP front camera, compared with 16MP on the realme P4 5G. The larger megapixel count is not proof of better selfies. Realme lists rear 4K recording at 30fps. Motorola says 4K recording is available from all cameras, while its detailed specifications give specific rear-camera UHD modes; if a particular camera’s 4K mode matters, confirm the mode and limits on the exact device and software version.

Protection and software support

Motorola explicitly lists IP64 protection, Gorilla Glass 7i and MIL-STD-810H testing claims. IP64 is a protection rating, not a claim that the phone is waterproof; Motorola’s page is the source for the device’s stated rating and durability claims. Realme’s consulted specification page lists a 185g weight and 7.58mm depth, but no IP rating.

Both pages identify Android 15: realme through realme UI 6.0, and Motorola as the moto g67 power’s operating system. Motorola’s India product page lists “1 OS + 3 year SMR,” meaning one OS upgrade and three years of security maintenance releases. This is the manufacturer’s stated policy; the listing does not, by itself, specify update timing or establish update quality.

Which should you choose?

  • Choose the realme P4 5G if AMOLED, the higher listed refresh rate or 80W charging capability matter most to you.
  • Choose the moto g67 power 5G if you value an explicitly listed IP64 rating, Motorola’s stated software-support policy or the higher-resolution front-camera specification.
  • Compare prices before deciding if value is the deciding factor: the listed prices refer to specific pages and configurations, and Motorola’s page showed out-of-stock status.
