The India realme P4 5G and Russia-listed Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ are not a like-for-like regional price comparison, but their published specs show clear trade-offs: realme lists an AMOLED display, a higher-capacity battery and faster charging; Infinix lists an LCD panel and a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera. The chipset and camera specifications alone do not establish which phone performs or photographs better. Also, realme sells a separate Global model called realme P4 with different core specs, so check the exact variant before comparing listings.
Which models are being compared?
This comparison uses the realme P4 5G listed for India and the Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ listed for Russia, whose specification page identifies model X6896. Regional availability and configurations can differ.
Do not confuse the India P4 5G with the separate Global realme P4. That model’s official page lists a Snapdragon 685, a 120 Hz AMOLED screen and up to 45 W charging, rather than the India P4 5G’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 144 Hz display and up to 80 W charging.

These are manufacturer-listed specifications on regional product pages accessed in 2026, not results from matched independent tests. The 144 Hz maximum refresh rate is the same on the two listed models, while their panel technologies differ. The specifications do not establish comparative brightness, image quality, battery runtime, charging time or everyday speed.

What do the differences mean for a buyer?
Display: AMOLED versus LTPS LCD
The India P4 5G has the larger listed screen by 0.01 inch and uses AMOLED; the Infinix listing specifies an LTPS LCD. Both manufacturers list refresh rates up to 144 Hz. That ceiling describes a specification, not how consistently a phone sustains it in every app or setting. The cited pages do not provide brightness measurements under comparable test conditions, so the panel type alone is not a complete picture-quality verdict.
Chipset: compare the named parts, not an assumed speed result
realme names the Dimensity 7400 Ultra, while Infinix names the Dimensity 7100 5G. Those model names identify different chipsets, but the cited specifications do not include comparable benchmarks or controlled performance testing. They are not enough to quantify how much faster one phone is, or how either behaves under sustained load.

Cameras: resolution and sensor details are not photo tests
The realme India listing specifies a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP wide-angle camera, plus a 16 MP front camera. Infinix lists a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera and an 8 MP front camera. The pages do not establish comparable image quality, and the listed rear-camera configurations are not identical; do not treat megapixels or a sensor name as a substitute for sample photos or testing.
Battery and charging: larger stated capacity is not measured endurance
realme lists a 7000 mAh typical battery and up to 80 W charging; Infinix lists 6000 mAh and 45 W. These figures favor the realme on paper for capacity and rated charging power, but neither specifies real-world runtime or a matched charging-time result. Actual experience depends on usage and other conditions.

Storage and RAM: match the SKU
The realme India page lists 128 GB or 256 GB storage with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Infinix’s Russia page lists 128 GB paired with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM, or 256 GB paired with 8 GB RAM. Check the exact storage-and-memory combination in a local listing before comparing prices; a different SKU is not an equivalent price point.

A current price difference for matching variants in one country is not established by the available listings. A 91mobiles comparison page showed ₹20,999 for a realme P4 listing marked out of stock and ₹24,999 for an Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G listing at Flipkart. This was a crawl-time secondary listing, not an official or stable quote; its shortened model names do not confirm exact variant equivalence. The page also showed a separate lower-price value for the realme model elsewhere in its content, another reason not to treat it as a settled current price.
For a meaningful local comparison, check the current seller price, stock, warranty and exact model name, storage and RAM for both devices in the same market. The cited official specification pages do not provide matching current retail prices.

Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Consider the India realme P4 5G if its AMOLED panel, listed 7000 mAh typical battery or up-to-80 W charging are the specifications that matter most to you, and the exact India SKU is available where you live.
- Consider the Russia-listed Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ if you want that exact model and its listed configuration, including the Sony IMX882 main camera; verify regional support, warranty and local availability before buying outside its listed market.
- Do not choose by the quoted price snapshot alone. First compare the same storage and RAM tier in the same country, then use independent matched reviews or tests for performance, camera quality, battery life and charging speed.
