In 91mobiles’ marketplace snapshot, the X300 FE was listed at ₹94,999 on Amazon and the P3 Ultra at ₹31,999 on Amazon—a difference of ₹63,000 between those two displayed prices. That comparison is limited to the site’s observed listings, not a fixed price gap.

The vivo Store India listing separately showed ₹89,999 for a selected 8GB+256GB X300 FE configuration, against an MRP of ₹109,999. Because this is a different listing context and specified configuration, use the live listing and exact variant when checking the amount you would pay. The available sources do not establish a matching P3 Ultra configuration at that same seller and basis.
Which phone makes more sense for the price?
Choose the realme P3 Ultra for a bigger screen at a lower observed price
The P3 Ultra has a 6.83-inch display, compared with the X300 FE’s 6.31 inches, and its observed price is much lower in the 91mobiles snapshot. Its published specifications also include a 6000mAh typical battery and 80W charging. It is the more natural fit if you value a larger viewing area and want to spend less than the listed X300 FE price.
Choose the vivo X300 FE for a compact body and more camera reach
The X300 FE is smaller and lighter on the listed dimensions: 191g and 7.99mm thick, versus 183g and 7.38mm for the P3 Ultra, with a notably smaller display. Its key camera distinction is a dedicated 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, alongside main and ultrawide cameras. It also lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W charging. Those are specification advantages, not proof of better real-world performance or image quality.

Camera comparison: the X300 FE has a telephoto lens
The P3 Ultra’s documented rear setup is a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide. The X300 FE adds a 50MP OIS telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom to its 50MP OIS main and 8MP ultrawide cameras. That gives the vivo a dedicated lens for optical magnification; megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.
vivo also describes a compatible ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 as offering a 200mm-equivalent view. The accessory is sold separately, and regional availability and the exact compatible accessory SKU should be checked before buying.
Battery, charging and durability details
Both manufacturers state battery capacities and charging rates: realme lists 6000mAh typical and 80W, while vivo lists 6500mAh typical (6350mAh minimum rated) and 90W FlashCharge. Capacity and charging ratings do not determine actual battery life or charging time on their own. 91mobiles reports PCMark battery-comparison figures of 12 hours 57 minutes for the P3 Ultra and 16 hours 04 minutes for the X300 FE; these are that site’s test-page results, not guaranteed everyday runtimes.

realme’s India page documents IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings and says its testing follows GB/T 4208-2017 / IEC 60529-2013 conditions. It also states that liquid damage is not covered by warranty. vivo’s India specifications list IP68/IP69 for the X300 FE. Water- and dust-resistance ratings describe test conditions and should not be treated as a promise of damage-free use.

Check the exact variant before buying
- Confirm the RAM and storage configuration attached to the seller’s price. The vivo Store India price cited here is specifically for 8GB+256GB; other listing contexts may show different offers or variants.
- Verify stock, seller, delivery location and current price on the live India listing. The 91mobiles price snapshots and vivo Store listing are not identical contexts.
- For camera choice, decide whether you need the X300 FE’s dedicated 3x optical telephoto role; do not infer comparative image quality from specification sheets alone.
- For durability, read each manufacturer’s rating and warranty terms rather than relying on an IP number as a guarantee against liquid damage.
