Which phone is better for performance and gaming?
The P3 Ultra lists the Dimensity 8350 Ultra, while the P4s lists the Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G. That makes the P3 Ultra the stronger choice on chipset tier by model positioning, but the available figures do not prove a controlled, independent head-to-head performance result.

realme advertises an AnTuTu score of 1.45 million-plus for the P3 Ultra; the page does not establish the benchmark version or test conditions. For the P4s, realme reports a realme Lab AnTuTu score of 1,013,645 in V11 and says actual results may vary. Those manufacturer claims should not be directly compared as if they came from the same test setup.
For the P4s, realme says its advertised 144FPS gameplay is “achieved through dedicated chip frame interpolation, non-native game rendering.” That is not the same as a game rendering natively at 144 frames per second. The P3 Ultra product page also makes promotional gaming claims; neither phone’s manufacturer figures establish which will deliver better sustained performance in a particular game.

Battery life and charging: the P4s has more capacity
Realme lists the P4s at 8000mAh typical capacity (7820mAh rated), compared with 6000mAh typical (5860mAh rated) for the P3 Ultra. The larger stated capacity gives the P4s an advantage on paper for buyers who prioritize battery size, but it does not establish longer real-world runtime: screen settings, signal strength, apps, gaming, and other usage affect endurance, and there is no matched independent battery test here.

Both phones advertise 80W charging, but that does not mean they take the same time to charge. Charging time can depend on battery level, temperature, charger, and charging behavior.
Display: 144Hz versus a lighter, curved design
The P4s has the higher listed refresh-rate ceiling at up to 144Hz, compared with up to 120Hz on the P3 Ultra. A higher maximum can make supported motion look smoother, but it does not guarantee a visible difference in every app or game; content and software support matter. The P3 Ultra’s listed screen is 6.83 inches and curved, while the P4s is a 17.22cm AMOLED flexible display with 1272 × 2772 resolution.
Camera comparison: similar listed hardware, different video claims
Both specification pages list a 50MP stabilized main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The P3 Ultra specifies a Sony IMX896 main sensor and advertises 4K recording at 60fps; the P4s specifications list 4K at 30fps. This gives the P3 Ultra the higher advertised 4K frame-rate capability, but megapixel counts and video modes alone do not establish which phone takes better photos or video. Image processing and real-world performance would need a direct comparison.

Realme lists the P3 Ultra at about 183g for the white plate version and about 186g depending on finish; the P4s is about 208g. The P3 Ultra is the lighter option on these specifications, which may matter if you often hold your phone for long periods.

Both models are listed with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage combinations. The P4s specifications explicitly say memory card expansion is unsupported. Verify the exact configuration sold locally before ordering; regional variants and stock can differ.
Software updates
The P3 Ultra specifications list Android 15-based realme UI 6.0. Realme’s P4s product page lists realme UI 7.0 and states a policy of three Android OS updates and four years of security patches for that model. A comparable P3 Ultra update-duration promise is not established in the reviewed official material, so do not assume the two have the same support period.

A reliable current price difference is not established. Comparison-site snippets can show different amounts for different configurations or snapshots; for example, the Smartprix comparison is not a verified live, like-for-like quote.
To decide which is the better value, compare both phones on the same date and retailer using the same RAM and storage tier. Check that the seller and condition match, and calculate discounts, bank offers, and exchange deals on the same basis. A lower listing for a different variant or an offer you cannot use is not a meaningful price advantage.
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the P3 Ultra if you want the lighter listed phone, the Dimensity 8350 Ultra, or its advertised 4K 60fps recording mode.
- Choose the P4s if you prioritize the larger listed battery, the higher 144Hz refresh-rate maximum, or its stated software-update duration.
- Compare before choosing on camera quality or runtime: the shared camera resolutions and battery capacities do not substitute for matched real-world tests.
- Let the live price decide only after checking equivalents: match storage, RAM, seller, and offer conditions rather than relying on an unsourced price gap.
