The realme P3 Ultra 5G and realme 15 5G split the spec sheet. The P3 Ultra has the more performance-oriented listed chipset and records rear video at 4K 60fps. The realme 15 has a faster 144Hz display, a larger 7000mAh typical battery and a 50MP front camera. Neither phone wins on every listed specification, so the better choice depends on which of those strengths you need. A current price difference cannot be stated from the material available, because no same-date price for both phones has been established. The price section explains how to compare them correctly.
Specifications side by side
The values below come from realme India’s product specification pages (undated, accessed 2026) and realme’s launch announcements. They describe listed hardware and recording modes. They are not independent measurements of speed, image quality, battery life or charging time.

Performance: the chipset gap and what it does not prove
The P3 Ultra uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra, while the realme 15 uses the Dimensity 7300+. On realme’s own comparison material, the P3 Ultra is the performance-oriented chip. That is a listed hardware difference, not a measured speed result. Sustained gaming performance, thermal behaviour and app launch times depend on the software, cooling and power limits of each handset, and none of those were measured for this comparison.
realme’s P3 Ultra product page and its March 2025 launch announcement also cite benchmark scores, gaming frame rates and battery endurance. Those figures are manufacturer claims. If you use them, attribute them to realme and check whether independent reviewers have reproduced them.

Display: 120Hz against 144Hz
Both screens are large, high-resolution panels with nearly identical listed dimensions: 6.83 inches at 2800 × 1272 on the P3 Ultra, and 6.8 inches at 2800 × 1280 on the realme 15. The meaningful difference is the maximum refresh rate. The realme 15 lists up to 144Hz and the P3 Ultra lists up to 120Hz.
“Up to” is the maximum the hardware supports, not the rate you will see at all times. Whether a phone switches to the higher rate depends on the app and the content, and the specification pages do not show how often each phone does so. Treat 144Hz as a higher ceiling, not a guaranteed advantage in daily use.
Battery and charging
The realme 15 lists a 7000mAh typical battery and the P3 Ultra lists 6000mAh (typ). That is a difference of 1000mAh in rated capacity. Battery life depends on the processor, display settings, network signal and usage pattern, and no independent endurance test was used here. Both phones list 80W charging, and both official specification pages say the charging adapter is included. Charging speed is therefore not a differentiator on paper, and the time to a full charge was not measured for either phone.
Rank #2
- Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset: The Realme GT6 is equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, designed to easily handle high load scenarios in gaming, providing smooth multitasking performance and excellent energy efficiency. Users can flexibly control device performance between 50% and 100% by adjusting CPU and GPU performance settings to meet different needs.
- Ultra bright display technology: The GT6 uses cutting-edge luminescent materials to create an easy to read and visually stunning screen experience. Its ultra-high brightness display screen (up to 6000 nits) and 2160 Hz PWM dimming function not only improve viewing comfort, but also ensure the accuracy of color display.
- Top of the line Sony LYT-808 OIS camera: The GT6 is equipped with an industry-leading 1/1.4-inch large-sized sensor, providing unparalleled performance for night photography. With the HyperTone imaging engine, realistic colors and delicate light and shadow contrasts can be captured in both bright and dim environments. Super OIS technology further enhances image stability and clarity, improving the success rate of shooting.
- Iceberg Steam Cooling System: By combining 10014 square millimeters of 3D tempered dual VC heat dissipation plates and a 9-layer cooling structure, coupled with side full zone cooling design, GT6 achieves efficient and consistent high-performance gaming experience, while significantly reducing heat perception and ensuring temperature control during long-term gaming.
- Intelligent prediction and personalized advice: The built-in artificial intelligence can identify your usage habits, predict your needs, and provide accurate advice. For example, when you long press the text to book a hotel, the AI will automatically pop up a series of map prompts to help you quickly find the best route to your destination.
Cameras
Rear cameras
Both phones use a 50MP Sony main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP secondary camera. The P3 Ultra lists the Sony IMX896 and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The realme 15 lists the Sony IMX882 and an 8MP wide-angle lens. The secondary lens types differ, so check the field of view you need before choosing. Sensor model and megapixel count do not establish image quality, because processing and lens quality also shape the final photo.
Front cameras
The realme 15 lists a 50MP front camera, while the P3 Ultra lists 16MP. This is the clearest camera difference on paper. A higher megapixel count does not guarantee better selfies, so compare sample photos taken in similar lighting before deciding.
Video modes
The P3 Ultra lists rear video up to 4K at 60fps, and its front camera records up to 1080p at 60fps. The realme 15 lists 4K at 30fps for both its rear and front cameras. If smoother rear 4K footage matters to you, the P3 Ultra’s listed mode is the stronger one.
Rank #3
Software and updates
Both India specification pages list realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. That confirms the version at launch, not how long each phone will receive updates. Check realme’s current update policy for each model before buying if long-term software support is important to you.

Launch timing
The P3 Ultra was announced in India on March 10, 2025, with its debut set for March 19, 2025. The realme 15 was announced on July 24, 2025, so it is the newer of the two. A later launch date does not, by itself, show which phone is currently cheaper or easier to buy.
Price difference: what can and cannot be stated
No current price pair with matching configurations for both phones has been established. The only P3 Ultra price in the available material is a ₹26,999 promotion on realme India, which ran from April 9 to 13, 2025. That was a time-limited sale price, not today’s price, and it should not be used to calculate a current difference.
Quick Recap
How to compare prices correctly
- Pick the same RAM and storage combination for both phones. Compare a 128GB model with a 128GB model, not with a 256GB one.
- On realme India’s official site, note each phone’s listed selling price and the date you checked it.
- Set aside bank offers, exchange values, EMI schemes and limited-time discounts. Compare the base selling price first, then add conditional offers separately.
- Check retailer listings for stock, seller and warranty terms before treating a lower price as the better deal.
Which phone fits which priorities
- Choose the realme P3 Ultra if the listed chipset, 4K 60fps rear video and 16MP front camera matter more to you than a higher refresh rate or larger battery.
- Choose the realme 15 if you want a 144Hz display, a 7000mAh typical battery and a 50MP front camera.
- Decide on price last. Only after you have checked the same storage configuration on the same date does a price difference become meaningful.
