realme P3 Ultra vs iQOO Z11: specifications at a glance

How the two phones differ for everyday priorities

Display smoothness and brightness

Both phones have a listed 6.83-inch display. The iQOO Z11’s listed 144Hz refresh rate is higher than the P3 Ultra’s up-to-120Hz rate. That is a specification difference, not proof that every app, game, or task will look or feel better. Brightness figures also use different conditions: realme lists peak brightness, while iQOO specifies HBM and local peak brightness for HDR video.

Battery capacity and charging

iQOO lists the larger typical capacity: 7050mAh versus 6000mAh for realme. realme lists faster charging at 80W, compared with up to 44W FlashCharge for iQOO. Capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer; no matched battery-runtime test is established here. iQOO says charging power is dynamically adjusted, so its maximum is not a guarantee of constant charging speed.

Rank #2
realme GT6 Smartphone 5G 8+256GB, Snapdragon 8s Gen3 Processor, 120Hz 6.78 '' 6000nit Ultra Bright Display, 50MP Sony LYT-808 OIS Camera, 5500mAh Battery, NFC, Dual SIM, Silver (Without Adapter)
  • Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset: The Realme GT6 is equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, designed to easily handle high load scenarios in gaming, providing smooth multitasking performance and excellent energy efficiency. Users can flexibly control device performance between 50% and 100% by adjusting CPU and GPU performance settings to meet different needs.
  • Ultra bright display technology: The GT6 uses cutting-edge luminescent materials to create an easy to read and visually stunning screen experience. Its ultra-high brightness display screen (up to 6000 nits) and 2160 Hz PWM dimming function not only improve viewing comfort, but also ensure the accuracy of color display.
  • Top of the line Sony LYT-808 OIS camera: The GT6 is equipped with an industry-leading 1/1.4-inch large-sized sensor, providing unparalleled performance for night photography. With the HyperTone imaging engine, realistic colors and delicate light and shadow contrasts can be captured in both bright and dim environments. Super OIS technology further enhances image stability and clarity, improving the success rate of shooting.
  • Iceberg Steam Cooling System: By combining 10014 square millimeters of 3D tempered dual VC heat dissipation plates and a 9-layer cooling structure, coupled with side full zone cooling design, GT6 achieves efficient and consistent high-performance gaming experience, while significantly reducing heat perception and ensuring temperature control during long-term gaming.
  • Intelligent prediction and personalized advice: The built-in artificial intelligence can identify your usage habits, predict your needs, and provide accurate advice. For example, when you long press the text to book a hotel, the AI will automatically pop up a series of map prompts to help you quickly find the best route to your destination.

Cameras

Both phones list a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, but name different main sensors: Sony IMX896 on realme and Sony IMX882 on iQOO. The front cameras are listed at 16MP and 32MP, respectively. Sensor names and megapixel counts do not settle image quality; no matched photo test establishes a winner.

Software and update commitments

realme lists realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. iQOO lists OriginOS 6 and says the number of OS upgrades and years of security updates for India will be confirmed and delivered through system updates. Its broad description of long-term support is not a fixed update-duration commitment.

Water and dust resistance

realme advertises IP68/IP69 for the P3 Ultra. iQOO describes the Z11’s IP68/IP69 ratings as based on IEC 60529-2013 laboratory conditions, and warns that resistance can diminish with daily use. Neither rating makes a phone suitable for intentional underwater use; iQOO also says liquid damage is not covered by warranty. Check each manufacturer’s full product-page caveats before relying on a rating.

  • Consider the realme P3 Ultra if 80W charging, a listed Dimensity 8350 Ultra chipset, or its stated RAM and storage choices are priorities. realme’s box contents list an 80W adapter and a protective case; check the package contents of the listing you buy before purchasing duplicates.
  • Consider the iQOO Z11 if you prioritize its larger stated battery capacity, higher listed refresh rate, or 32MP front-camera resolution.
  • Compare carefully if gaming, battery life, camera output, thermals, or long-term software support will decide the purchase. The specifications and claims cited here do not establish a matched independent head-to-head result for those areas.

How to interpret the performance claims

realme’s product page lists an AnTuTu score of 1,450,000+. iQOO lists 1,202,592, specifying a laboratory result on the 12GB + 256GB edition using AnTuTu Benchmark V11; it says results vary by memory version and environment. These are manufacturer-published figures with different stated conditions, not a controlled comparison. They should not be used alone to rank real-world performance. realme’s March 2025 launch announcement also described 90fps BGMI gameplay for three hours; that is a realme launch claim, not an independently verified result.
