The reported REDMI Turbo 5 has higher listed specifications for processing, display resolution, cameras, battery capacity and charging than the realme P3 5G. But the available price evidence does not establish a current, like-for-like price difference: Xiaomi India listed one Turbo 5 configuration at ₹41,999, while a matching current realme P3 price was not established. The models’ regional versions also matter, so verify the exact phone and carrier bands before buying.
Specs at a glance
This comparison uses realme’s official Global specification page for the P3 5G and secondary reporting reproduced in a Xiaomi Community post for the India REDMI Turbo 5. The Turbo 5 figures below are reported specifications, not a direct official specification page or independent test.

Which phone has the stronger listed performance?
On paper, the REDMI Turbo 5’s reported Dimensity 8500 Ultra has a higher maximum clock speed than the P3’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4: up to 3.4GHz versus 2.3GHz. Those figures and chipset names do not establish how much faster either phone is in everyday use, gaming, or sustained workloads. No controlled head-to-head benchmark is available here, so treat this as a difference in stated hardware rather than a measured performance result.
#1 Best Overall
- Dual layer hard PC + flexible TPU bumper design. Protect your phone from drops, scratches and bumps. Military-grade protection with Air-Cushion technology precisely compatible with your device
- 【Multifunction】The metal stand can rotate 360°, easy to rotate and sturdy in the case
- There is a pressure window design on the camera, which can effectively protect the phone camera. Built-in kickstand gives you the convenience to watch videos and movies hands-free with desired stability
- Magnetic Car Mount: there is a built-in metal patch that can easily attach your phone directly to the magnetic car mount (magnetic car mount not included)
- Precise cutouts for better access to all ports, buttons, cameras, speakers and mics ensure quick access and feedback to your phone.
Display: larger or sharper?
The P3 has the slightly larger listed screen at 6.67 inches, compared with 6.59 inches for the Turbo 5. Both are specified for up to 120Hz, while the Turbo 5’s reported 1,268 × 2,756 resolution is higher than the P3’s FHD+ 1080 × 2400. If screen size matters most, the P3 is larger; if you prioritize pixel resolution on the specification sheet, the reported Turbo 5 figure is higher.
Cameras: stabilization and an ultrawide
The reported Turbo 5 configuration offers a 50MP main camera with OIS/EIS and an 8MP ultrawide. The P3’s official Global listing names a 50MP main camera and a 2MP bokeh camera, without an ultrawide in that listed rear-camera setup. The P3 page lists rear video up to 4K/30fps; the Turbo 5 report says up to 4K/60fps. These specifications do not establish comparative photo or video quality.
For selfies, the Turbo 5 report lists a 20MP front camera, while realme lists 16MP for the P3 and front video up to 1080p/30fps.

1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteBattery capacity and charging
The reported Turbo 5 battery is 7,540mAh, compared with the P3’s 6000mAh typical capacity (5860mAh minimum) on realme’s Global page. The reported Turbo 5 charging figures are 100W wired and 27W reverse wired; the P3 is listed at 45W. These are capacity and charging specifications, not independently measured battery life or charging times. Actual endurance and charging experience can depend on use, settings, charger and other conditions.
Software and update commitments
realme lists the P3 with realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. The secondary Turbo 5 report describes Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and reports four OS upgrades plus six years of security updates. Because the update commitment is reported rather than verified on an official specification page here, confirm its terms for the exact market and device before purchase.

A current price difference cannot be calculated reliably from the available figures because there is no matching current realme P3 price. Xiaomi India’s store listing showed the REDMI Turbo 5 8GB + 256GB at ₹41,999 when accessed on October 5, 2026, with ₹54,999 displayed as a crossed-out reference price. The listed figure is a volatile store observation, not a stable MSRP. Check Xiaomi India’s REDMI Turbo 5 listing.
Separately, a report of the India launch listed ₹37,999 for 8GB + 256GB and ₹40,999 for 12GB + 256GB, with a launch sale date of June 19, 2026. Those are dated launch prices, not confirmation of today’s selling price. See the reported launch details. To compare offers meaningfully, check both phones in the same market, on the same date, with identical RAM and storage and the same offer basis.

Regional model and network checks
The realme Global page lists 5G bands n1/n3/n5/n8/n40 and LTE bands, and notes that actual network use depends on local operator deployment. The Turbo 5 figures cited here concern a reported India model; its exact supported bands should be checked against the device variant being sold. Before ordering, confirm each phone’s model number and supported bands with your carrier, especially if buying an imported handset.
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the reported REDMI Turbo 5 if its larger reported battery, faster listed charging, higher display resolution, ultrawide camera, or stated update support are priorities—and if the exact regional version works with your carrier.
- Consider the realme P3 5G if its listed specifications meet your needs and you prefer its official Global listing, but compare a current price and confirm local network compatibility before deciding.
- Do not choose on a presumed price gap or performance lead: the evidence here does not provide a current matching realme price or a controlled performance comparison.
realme’s Global product page lists a USB Type-C cable, power adapter, protective case and screen film in the P3 box; contents may differ by region. It also lists IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings, while warning that resistance can diminish over time and liquid damage is not covered by warranty. An IP rating is not a warranty promise. See realme’s P3 product details.
