What the differences mean in everyday use
Display: bigger versus AMOLED
The POCO’s listed 6.9-inch LCD is larger and has a higher refresh rate at 144Hz, which may appeal if screen size and smooth scrolling are priorities. The realme’s 6.67-inch AMOLED has a lower listed refresh rate of 120Hz, but uses a different display technology. The listed resolutions are 1080 × 2340 for POCO and 1080 × 2400 for realme; those figures alone do not establish overall display quality.
Battery and charging: capacity is not runtime
The POCO lists a 7,000mAh battery, compared with 6,000mAh for the realme. That is a larger stated capacity, not proof that the POCO lasts longer in real-world use: runtime also depends on the screen, chipset, settings and workload. The realme lists 45W charging against the POCO’s 33W, so it has the higher stated charging power. These specifications do not establish actual charging times.

Performance: compare evidence, not chip names alone
The listings name Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 for the POCO and Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 for the realme. The names suggest different platforms, but without controlled, comparable performance tests they do not establish how much faster either phone is in particular apps or games. realme advertises 750,000+ on AnTuTu, attributing the figure to realme Lab and noting that results can vary with testing environment or calculation method. Treat it as a manufacturer claim, not an independent head-to-head result.
Cameras: megapixels are not a photo comparison
Both phones list a 50MP rear main camera. The realme also lists a 2MP depth camera and a 16MP front camera, while the POCO lists an 8MP front camera. These specifications show the listed camera resolutions and configuration; they do not establish which phone takes better photos. Image quality depends on factors such as optics and image processing, so comparable camera samples would be more useful than megapixel counts alone.

Durability ratings and weight
The realme lists IP69, compared with IP64 for the POCO, and is listed at 194g versus 217g. The realme therefore has the higher published ingress-protection rating and is 23g lighter on the comparison listings. An IP rating is not a guarantee against all water or dust damage; follow each manufacturer’s care and warranty terms.
Software and support
The comparison pages show Android 15 with HyperOS 2 on the POCO and Android 15 with realme UI 6 on the realme. That is the software shown in those listings, not confirmation of the current installed version or future update commitment. If update longevity matters to you, verify each manufacturer’s policy for the exact model before deciding.
