Display and processor
165Hz is supported, while 120Hz is the default
The 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED panel has a resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels and a listed pixel density of 450 PPI. Realme lists five refresh-rate options—60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, and 165Hz—and identifies 120Hz as the default. The maximum rate is therefore a supported setting, not the default behavior. The published specification does not establish how refresh rate varies by app, settings, or battery conditions.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform
Realme lists the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform, an eight-core CPU, and a maximum CPU frequency of 3.8GHz. These are manufacturer specifications; the available evidence does not include an independent benchmark or performance test for the Neo 8.
Cameras, battery, and charging
Three rear cameras
The rear setup combines a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 112-degree field of view, and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS. Realme lists 3.5× optical zoom and up to 120× digital zoom for stills. The front camera is 16MP. Camera resolution and zoom figures alone do not establish image quality in real-world conditions.
Battery capacity and charging rate
Realme gives two battery figures: 8,000mAh typical capacity and 7,750mAh rated capacity. It lists charging up to 80W. The official product page says some battery and charging data are from Realme Lab and may vary with test conditions or real-world use; those numbers should not be read as a guaranteed battery life or charging time. Official colors and rear design
Realme’s official product page names three colorways: Cyber Purple (赛博紫), Mecha Gray (机甲灰), and Origin White (起源白). Launch coverage also spells the gray finish “Mech Gray”; this article uses Realme’s official English name, Mecha Gray. English color names are translations of the Chinese names. Realme describes the rear as a transparent RGB design with its “Awakening Halo” lighting system; those are manufacturer descriptions, not independent evaluations of the finish or lighting. Realme lists Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, dual nano-SIM, USB-C, and 5G bands n1/n3/n5/n8/n20/n26/n28a/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78. A published band list is not enough to confirm service on a particular carrier: compatibility can depend on the exact regional device and the carrier’s network. Before buying, verify:
- The exact model and its support for bands used by your carrier.
- Which ROM and software language options the seller supplies, and whether updates are available for that version.
- Whether the seller provides a valid warranty, usable returns, and local support.
- Whether a charger is included and whether its plug and charging support suit your location.
- The seller’s reliability, stock status, and total delivered price, including shipping and applicable import costs.
The official China specifications do not resolve those country- and seller-specific details.
