The realme P4R lists the larger battery and the faster storage standard, while the realme NARZO 90x lists 60W charging and a lighter body. Both phones use the same MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, the same HD+ 144Hz LCD class display and the same 50MP rear camera, so the choice mostly comes down to battery, charging, storage configuration and price.
The price gap cannot be confirmed from current evidence. The only price point available is one Amazon listing for the P4R at ₹20,199, seen on 7 October 2026, and no matched NARZO 90x price for the same configuration has been established.
Which phone fits your needs
- Choose the P4R if battery capacity is your main priority. Its listed typical battery is 8000mAh, against 7000mAh for the NARZO 90x.
- Choose the NARZO 90x if you want the higher listed charging rating (60W against 45W) or a lighter phone (about 212g against about 224g).
- Decide on price last, and only after comparing the same RAM and storage configuration sold by the same seller on the same day.
Shared specifications
On the parts that define the phone’s core hardware class, the two models are identical on paper. Both list the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 1570 × 720 HD+ LCD with refresh rates up to 144Hz, a 50MP f/1.8 rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Where the two differ is in battery, charging, storage standard and weight.

Battery and charging
Battery capacity
The P4R lists 8000mAh as its typical battery capacity and 7780mAh as its rated figure. The NARZO 90x lists 7000mAh typical and 6820mAh rated. On both measures the P4R is about 1000mAh larger on the typical figure and about 960mAh larger on the rated figure. realme’s P4R product page uses the promotional line “8000mAh Titan Battery 45W Fast Charging”. That is manufacturer copy, and any claim about how long the battery lasts is a manufacturer claim. This comparison does not include an independent endurance test.
Charging speed
The NARZO 90x lists 60W charging and the P4R lists 45W. The trade-off is clear on paper: the NARZO 90x has the faster charging rating, while the P4R has the larger battery. A higher wattage rating and a larger capacity do not, on their own, tell you how long a full charge takes on either phone. Charge time depends on the charger you use and on conditions the spec sheets do not describe.

Storage, memory and configurations
The NARZO 90x uses eMMC 5.1 storage and the P4R uses UFS 2.2. The standards are different, and the P4R’s is the newer of the two. The specification pages do not give a measured speed difference for either, so this should be treated as a difference in listed storage technology rather than a quantified speed advantage.

The 6GB + 128GB configuration is the one both phones share, which makes it the natural basis for a like-for-like price check. Confirm which configurations your local store actually carries before you choose.
Other listed differences
The NARZO 90x is the lighter phone, at about 212g against about 224g for the P4R. Weight is a listed figure only; it does not describe how the phone feels in the hand.

Price difference
What the current listing shows
On 7 October 2026, 91mobiles displayed a ₹20,199 Amazon listing for the realme P4R. That page does not establish which RAM and storage configuration the price covers, and it is a retail snapshot rather than an official price. Retailer prices change often, and the same page showed other retailer and model prices that were not matched to the same configurations. For that reason, no price difference between the two phones can be stated from the evidence available.
How to compare prices correctly
- Pick the 6GB + 128GB configuration, which both phones list, and check it for each model.
- Compare listings from the same seller on the same day, since sellers, stock and offers differ between platforms.
- Record list prices separately from bank offers, exchange values or coupons, because these are time-limited and cannot be compared like for like.
- Confirm that each listing is in stock and shows the exact model name, including the 5G suffix.
- If the prices are within a few hundred rupees of each other, let the battery and charging figures in this article decide the purchase.
