The realme GT 7T is the stronger listed choice for gaming, multitasking, faster charging and ultrawide photos. The realme 16 suits buyers who want a 50 MP selfie camera or the newer Android version listed by the comparison source. A price snapshot shows the realme 16 lower, but it compares different storage capacities, so it is not a like-for-like deal.

If demanding games, heavier multitasking or faster storage matter most, the listed specifications favor the GT 7T. Neither benchmark scores nor component labels substitute for testing the specific games and workload you care about.
How do the displays compare?
The GT 7T has the larger and higher-resolution listed display: 6.8 inches at 1280 × 2800, versus the realme 16’s 6.57-inch flexible AMOLED at 1080 × 2372. Both are listed at 120 Hz.
Brightness figures are not directly comparable measurements. Realme describes the GT 7T’s 6000-nit figure as a local peak achieved under 100,000 lux in its lab; the realme 16 specifications list 4200 nits peak brightness. These different stated conditions do not establish which screen is brighter in a typical room or outdoors.

Which phone has the more useful cameras?
The rear-camera setups differ in what they offer, not just in megapixel counts. The GT 7T is listed with a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide, while the realme 16 pairs a 50 MP main camera with a 2 MP monochrome camera. The ultrawide gives the GT 7T a dedicated wider field of view; the cited realme 16 specifications do not list an ultrawide camera.
For selfies, the realme 16 has the higher stated resolution at 50 MP, versus 32 MP for the GT 7T in the comparison listing. Resolution alone does not establish which phone takes better-looking photos. Choose based on camera type and sample images rather than megapixels alone.
Realme says the GT 7T supports rear 4K at 60 frames per second, including underwater recording, and front-facing 4K at 60 frames per second. This is a manufacturer statement about supported recording modes, not an independent assessment of video quality.

These durations are reported by 91mobiles; verify the applicable policy for your market with realme before buying.
Which one should you buy?
- Choose the realme GT 7T if its stronger listed processor, memory and storage, larger higher-resolution display, 120 W charging or dedicated ultrawide camera matter most.
- Choose the realme 16 if you prioritize a 50 MP selfie camera, the newer Android version listed by 91mobiles or a lower price for the configuration you can actually buy.
- Compare both again before checkout if price is decisive: match storage and RAM, and confirm the current listing and seller terms. If camera quality is decisive, consult side-by-side photo samples; megapixel counts do not settle that question.
The official realme 16 specification page lists a charger, cable and protective case in the box, while noting that package contents can vary by market. Confirm local box contents rather than assuming a separate charger is needed.
