There is no universal winner between the realme GT 7T and the POCO F7. The answer depends on which regional model you can buy. realme’s Spain listing gives the GT 7T a 7000mAh typical battery and 120W SUPERVOOC charging. POCO’s global launch material gives the F7 a 6500mAh typical battery and 90W HyperCharge, but POCO’s official FAQ lists a different 7550mAh typical battery for the India model. On the price side, one undated India comparison snapshot showed the GT 7T at ₹38,689 and the F7 at ₹35,999, a gap of ₹2,690 in the F7’s favour. That gap came from different sellers, so treat it as a starting point, not a verdict.
Compare the regional model before the specs
Both phones are sold in different configurations by region, and the official pages do not always describe the same hardware. Before comparing any number, confirm three things: the country, the RAM and storage tier, and whether the listing you are looking at is the same model as the one in the spec sheet you are reading.
- Country: battery capacity and charging rating are the most region-sensitive figures in this comparison.
- Memory and storage: the same name can cover several RAM and storage combinations, and prices change with each one.
- Seller and package: whether a charger is in the box, and which network bands and warranty terms apply, depend on the local listing.
Side-by-side specifications from official pages
The table below uses the official pages named in each row. Where a regional page gives a different value, both are shown and labelled.

Processor: the chips are different, and specs alone do not rank speed
The GT 7T uses the Dimensity 8400, and the F7 uses the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Both are upper-midrange platforms, and their clock speeds differ slightly on paper (3.25GHz against 3.21GHz). Clock speed does not translate into sustained performance, thermal behaviour or app responsiveness. Those depend on cooling, software tuning and the workload, and none of the official pages address them.
POCO’s launch material cites a 2,084,535 AnTuTu V10.4.9 score from its internal labs in 2025. POCO notes the results come from internal testing and that actual results may vary. Treat that figure as a vendor-reported number. It is not an independent benchmark and it is not a head-to-head result against the GT 7T.
Battery and charging: keep capacity and charging separate
The GT 7T’s Spain listing gives a higher typical capacity than the F7’s global figure, but the India F7 model is rated higher than the GT 7T’s 7000mAh typical value. A single battery winner is therefore not possible without naming the market.

The realme figure is labelled by realme as laboratory data. Capacity is also not runtime. Two phones with similar capacities can last different amounts of time depending on the display, chipset efficiency and software behaviour. No endurance test is available in the official material for either phone.
Charging ratings are maximum rated wattages. They do not tell you how long a full charge takes. Charge-time comparisons need a measured test, and none is included here.
Cameras: hardware differences, not a quality ranking
Both phones use a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. realme names a Sony IMX896 and POCO names a Sony IMX882. POCO also lists optical image stabilisation for its main camera. Those details describe hardware. They do not establish which phone produces better photos in daylight, low light or video. Judging image quality requires sample images and a consistent test, and the sources reviewed here include neither.

Display: a small size gap on paper
The GT 7T is listed at 6.8 inches and the F7 at 6.83 inches, with both supporting up to 120Hz refresh. The GT 7T’s listed resolution is 2800×1280. Regional pages for POCO do not give the same resolution detail in the sources reviewed, so the display difference is best described as minor. Panel brightness, colour accuracy and refresh-rate behaviour in apps are not covered by the official specification pages.

A 91mobiles comparison page, with no stated capture date, showed the following Indian prices:
| Phone | Retailer shown | Price shown |
|---|---|---|
| realme GT 7T | Amazon | ₹38,689 |
| POCO F7 | Flipkart | ₹35,999 |
The difference between these two numbers is ₹2,690. The sellers differ, and the page does not confirm that the storage tier, offers, delivery location or final checkout price match. A like-for-like comparison needs the same storage size from the same seller on the same day. Prices in India change often, so check the current listing shortly before you buy.

One public discussion on r/GadgetsIndia used the phrasing “REALME GT 7T VS POCO F7” and mentioned a price gap of about ₹3,000. That is one reader’s experience, not a survey, but it matches the scale of the snapshot above.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone fits which buyer
- Choose the GT 7T if you want the higher rated charging wattage on the Spain listing (120W SUPERVOOC) and the 32MP front camera, and the local GT 7T listing is priced at or near the F7’s.
- Choose the F7 if the local price gap is clearly in its favour for the storage tier you need and you want the India battery figure of 7550mAh typical, provided you confirm that the model you are buying is the India configuration.
- Check first whether a charger is in the box. realme’s Spain package list includes a charger and case. POCO’s Japan specifications page says adapter inclusion should be confirmed with the local seller.
- Check update policy directly with the brand or seller if long-term software support matters to you. Neither official page reviewed states a duration.
What the official sources do not establish
No independent head-to-head test of these two phones was found. The specifications do not show which phone is faster in daily use, cooler under load, better in the camera or longer-lasting on a charge. Those answers need reviews with measured results. For now, the most reliable comparison is the regional spec sheet for the exact model you can buy, combined with a same-day price from a single seller.
