The realme GT 7 has the stronger listed chip, memory, battery and charging figures. The vivo V60 lists the more specialised camera setup, including a dedicated 50MP super telephoto lens. A confirmed price difference cannot be stated yet. vivo’s India store lists the V60 in its 8GB+256GB configuration at ₹43,999, but realme’s India product page does not publish a current GT 7 price, so there is no verified like-for-like gap.
The figures below come from each manufacturer’s official India pages, linked in the text. They are manufacturer specifications and manufacturer-reported test results, not independent benchmarks or side-by-side camera tests.

Processor, memory and storage
On paper, the GT 7 uses the newer memory and storage combination: LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, against LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 on the V60. The Dimensity 9400e and Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 are different tiers, and that difference is what the listings support. Neither company’s listing includes benchmark scores, so the spec sheets cannot tell you how fast either phone feels in daily use, how long it sustains heavy load, or how much the memory standard affects real apps.

- 6.78 inches, LTPO AMOLED, 1B colors, 1264 x 2780 pixels
- 512GB Storage, 16GB RAM
- Android 15, Mediatek Dimensity 9400e (4 nm), Octa-core (1x3.4 GHz Cortex-X4 & 3x2.85 GHz Cortex-X4 & 4x2.0 GHz Cortex-A720)
- Real Camera: 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/1.56, 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 50 MP, f/2.0, (telephoto), 1/2.76", 0.64µm, PDAF, 2x optical zoom, 8 MP, f/2.2, 16mm, 112˚ (ultrawide), 1/4.0", 1.12µm, Front: 32 MP, f/2.5, 21mm (wide), 1/2.74", 0.8µm
- 162.4 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm (6.39 x 3.00 x 0.33 in)
The V60 has the wider choice of configurations on its official page, including a 16GB+512GB option. realme’s India product page, as checked for this article, does not list the GT 7’s RAM and storage options, so do not assume the V60’s configurations apply to the GT 7.
Battery and charging
The GT 7 lists a larger battery and faster charging. realme gives 7000mAh as a typical equivalent figure from dual cells, with a rated equivalent of 6850mAh, and 120W charging. It also claims a 0–100% charge in 40 minutes under its own test conditions, and says actual results vary with environment and calculation method. vivo lists the V60 at 6500mAh typical (6330mAh rated) with 90W maximum charging.
These numbers show what each company designed for, not how long either phone lasts. Screen-on time depends on the display, workload, network conditions and settings, and no independent battery test is cited here. Treat the 40-minute figure as realme’s claim.

- 6.78 inches, LTPO AMOLED, 1B colors, 1264 x 2780 pixels

Cameras: what the listed hardware shows
The two camera systems are built differently. The V60 lists three rear cameras and a dedicated super telephoto lens: a 50MP ZEISS main camera with OIS, a 50MP ZEISS super telephoto with OIS, and an 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide. Its front camera is 50MP. The GT 7 lists a 50MP IMX906 main camera with OIS, a 50MP 2x camera, an 8MP wide-angle and a 32MP front camera.
If long-range zoom and a higher-resolution selfie camera matter to you, the V60’s listed hardware is the more specific offer. Sensor names and megapixel counts do not decide photo quality, which depends on processing, lens tuning and real scenes. Neither listing provides a direct image comparison.
Video modes are also manufacturer-supported. realme’s page cites 4K Dolby Vision and 4K 120fps recording for the GT 7. Those modes may not be available on every lens or in every situation, so check the camera settings on the phone before relying on a specific mode.

- 161.8 x 76.9 x 8.2 mm (6.37 x 3.03 x 0.32 in)
Display and brightness
Both phones use large high-refresh AMOLED-class displays. The V60 is a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel at 2392×1080 with 60Hz and 120Hz refresh rates. realme describes an 8T LTPO panel with up to 6000 nits local peak brightness, measured in its lab at 100,000 lux. vivo’s 5000 nits peak is also manufacturer-stated. The two peak figures use different methods, so they should not be ranked against each other as real outdoor brightness.
Water and dust resistance
Both listings claim IP68 and IP69. The ratings describe tests run under each maker’s controlled conditions, not everyday exposure. vivo’s V60 overview states that protection can decline with wear, and neither rating means the phone is protected against every kind of liquid. Choose a phone on these ratings only as a rough guide, and do not treat either as a durability winner.

vivo V60
The vivo India Store listing for the V60 8GB+256GB showed ₹43,999 including taxes. The page does not carry a dated price, so treat that figure as a snapshot. Prices, stock and promotional offers can change without notice. The listing also states the box contents: a charger, cable, case and applied protective film.

realme GT 7
The realme India GT 7 product page lists specifications but no current India price in the content available for this article. realme’s May 2025 India launch announcement said the GT 7 and GT 7T would sell through realme.com, Amazon.in and other mainline channels. That announcement establishes the sales channels at launch. It does not confirm current stock, pricing or offers.
How to check a like-for-like price
- Confirm which RAM and storage configurations realme currently sells in India, since its product page does not list them.
- Compare only the same configuration. If the GT 7 is sold in 8GB+256GB, compare that with the V60 8GB+256GB at ₹43,999.
- Compare prices including taxes, from the same seller type (official store or marketplace), on the same day.
- Separate list prices from conditional offers such as bank discounts, exchange values or launch promotions, and note their terms.
- Check the box contents. The V60 listing includes a charger, cable, case and applied protective film, so confirm what the GT 7 package includes before counting accessories as part of the price gap.
Which phone fits which buyer
- Performance, charging and battery first: the GT 7’s listed chip, memory, storage, battery and 120W charging are the stronger set on paper.
- Zoom and selfies first: the V60’s dedicated super telephoto with OIS and 50MP front camera are its most distinctive listed hardware.
- Storage choice: the V60 lists configurations up to 16GB+512GB and no expandable storage, so choose the configuration before you buy.
- Price-sensitive buyers: wait until you can compare the same RAM and storage configuration at checkout, since a numeric difference cannot yet be stated.
For the official specifications behind each claim, see the vivo India V60 overview, which also includes the laboratory caveats for its battery and durability figures.
