The realme GT 7 leads on published battery, charging and chipset specifications; the Nothing Phone (4a) offers a longer-reach periscope camera with 3.5× optical zoom. Both are listed with 6.78-inch, 120 Hz displays. Neither is the automatic value pick: comparison pages show conflicting prices, so check the same country, storage tier and retailer before deciding.

Which phone is faster?
The comparison pages name the Dimensity 9400e in the realme GT 7 and the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 in the Phone (4a). That places the GT 7 ahead on the headline chipset specification, but it does not establish a quantified difference in gaming performance, app launches or sustained workloads. Those claims require comparable independent testing, which these specifications do not provide.

- 162.4 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm (6.39 x 3.00 x 0.33 in)
How do the displays compare?
Both phones are listed with 6.78-inch displays and 120 Hz refresh rates. The GT 7’s listed panel is LTPO AMOLED at 1264 × 2780; the Phone (4a)’s is Flexible AMOLED at 1224 × 2720. The GT 7 therefore has the higher stated resolution, while the shared size and refresh rate make them broadly similar on those two headline measures.
Which phone has the better camera setup?
The main and selfie camera resolutions are listed as 50 MP and 32 MP respectively on both phones. Their additional rear cameras differ in reach: the GT 7 is listed with a 50 MP 2× telephoto camera, while the Phone (4a) has a 50 MP periscope camera offering up to 3.5× optical zoom, plus an 8 MP ultrawide.

- 162.4 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm (6.39 x 3.00 x 0.33 in)
Nothing advertises up to 70× zoom for the Phone (4a), but that headline zoom range is not the same as 70× optical zoom. The stated optical reach is 3.5×; higher zoom magnifications are digital. Choose the Phone (4a) if the longer stated optical telephoto reach matters more than the GT 7’s listed 2× telephoto specification. Megapixel counts and zoom specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos overall.
Battery, charging and box contents
The GT 7 is listed with a 7,000 mAh battery and 120 W wired charging; the Phone (4a) with 5,400 mAh and 50 W. These capacity and charging figures favor the GT 7 on paper, but they do not establish real-world battery life or charging time, which can depend on usage and conditions.

- 161.8 x 76.9 x 8.2 mm (6.37 x 3.03 x 0.32 in)
Beebom reports that the GT 7 box includes a 120 W charger. Treat that as a report about the listing or market it covers, not a guarantee for every country or retailer. Check the contents for the exact version you plan to buy.
What is the price difference?
There is no dependable universal price difference in the available comparison snapshots: the sites disagree about which phone costs more. Their figures should not be treated as fixed current quotes.

The comparison pages do not provide a like-for-like, live quote that settles the current price difference. They also cite different storage configurations in their comparisons: 91mobiles summarizes 256 GB for the GT 7 against 128 GB for the Phone (4a), and Beebom lists 8 GB RAM/256 GB and 8 GB RAM/128 GB respectively. Confirm the actual variant and price available in your country, from the same retailer and on the same date.
