The realme GT 7 has the higher-tier chipset name and the faster rated charging on paper. The iQOO Z11 5G has the larger, curved, 144Hz display and a battery rated at nearly the same capacity. A price difference cannot be stated with confidence yet. The Z11 8GB/128GB was listed at ₹39,999 on the iQOO Official E-Store when observed on 7 October 2026, but realme’s official India product page for the GT 7 did not show a selling price when checked.

Chipset: a higher-tier name, not a measured lead
The GT 7 uses the Dimensity 9400e, which is the higher-tier chipset of the two on the manufacturers’ own specification pages. The Z11 uses the Dimensity 7500 Turbo. That difference is real on paper, but neither brand’s sources give an independent benchmark, sustained-performance test or frame-rate comparison for these two phones.
The gaming, smoothness and efficiency figures on both brands’ pages are their own laboratory or promotional claims. Before you rely on them, check the following:
- Whether the games you play have been tested on each phone in independent reviews, not just the manufacturer’s chart.
- Whether the reviewer reports sustained frame rates over a long session, not only a short peak.
- Whether the test used the same settings and graphics preset on both devices.
Display: larger and faster on the Z11, according to listed specs
The Z11 has a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, as listed on iQOO’s India product page. The GT 7’s product page gives a 6.78-inch screen size. The 120Hz refresh rate for the GT 7 comes from the Gadgets 360 side-by-side comparison, not from realme’s page.

- 162.4 x 76.1 x 8.3 mm (6.39 x 3.00 x 0.33 in)
Two practical points follow from this. A higher refresh rate can make scrolling and animation look smoother, but it does not by itself indicate panel brightness, colour accuracy or contrast, and none of those were verified for either phone. The curved edges on the Z11 can also affect grip, case fit and the choice of screen protector, so buy accessories only for the exact regional model you own.
Battery and charging: similar capacity, very different charging claims
The two phones are close on rated capacity, but the sources do not agree on the Z11 figure. iQOO’s product page gives 7050mAh typical, while its parameter page gives a rated capacity of 6850mAh. Depending on which figure applies, the Z11 is either 50mAh larger or 150mAh smaller than the GT 7’s 7000mAh. A gap that small is unlikely to change daily battery life in a way you would notice, though that is an expectation rather than a measured result.

Charging is where the two phones differ most on paper:

- realme GT 7: 120W Ultra Charge. realme states a 0–100% charge in 40 minutes. This is a manufacturer claim, and the test conditions behind it were not available in the sources reviewed.
- iQOO Z11 5G: up to 44W FlashCharge. iQOO describes this as a maximum under specified conditions and warns that charging speed varies and lab results differ.
Neither wattage nor capacity establishes how long the battery lasts or how long a real charge takes in ordinary use.

Cameras: different lens set, untested image quality
The GT 7 lists three rear cameras: a 50MP main camera with OIS, a dedicated 50MP 2x camera and an 8MP wide-angle lens. The Z11 lists two: a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. If you take a lot of portraits or tighter framing, the GT 7’s dedicated 2x lens is the concrete difference. The Z11 has no equivalent lens in its listed specs.
Sensor resolution and lens count do not show which phone takes better photos. Colour, low-light performance and processing can only be judged from side-by-side sample images or reviews that test the same scenes on both devices.

Water and dust ratings
realme lists the GT 7 as IP69. iQOO lists the Z11 as IP68/IP69. Both are manufacturer claims. iQOO states that water and dust resistance may decline with daily use, advises against everyday immersion and excludes liquid-ingress damage from its warranty. Treat either rating as protection against dust and occasional splashes, not as a guarantee that the phone will stay waterproof over its life.

The only current price in the sources is the Z11’s. The iQOO Official E-Store listed the Z11 5G in 8GB/128GB configuration at ₹39,999 when observed on 7 October 2026. That is a live listing, not a fixed MSRP or a guaranteed offer. If the store also displays a struck-through reference price, that figure is not a sale price and should not be treated as one.
For the GT 7, realme’s official India product page did not show a selling price when checked, and no current like-for-like GT 7 price from a primary retailer was verified. The price gap between the two phones is therefore unresolved. To compare them fairly on the day you buy, check:
- The same RAM and storage configuration on both phones (the verified Z11 price is for 8GB/128GB).
- The same seller, or at least the same retailer type, since official stores and marketplaces can differ.
- Bank offers, exchange values and coupons, which are often applied at checkout and change the effective price.
- Stock status, because a listed price for an unavailable variant does not help you buy.
Which phone fits your priorities
- Choose the GT 7 if you want the higher-tier stated chipset, the faster rated charging or a dedicated 2x lens, and you can confirm its price for the variant you want.
- Choose the Z11 if you prioritise a larger curved 144Hz display and a battery rated at a similar capacity, and the verified 8GB/128GB price suits your budget.
- Do not decide on price alone until both phones are priced for the same memory configuration, seller and date.
Use the chipset, camera and charging figures as a starting point. Before you buy, check independent reviews that test gaming, sustained performance and camera output on both phones.
