The realme GT 6 and Motorola Edge 60 Pro differ most clearly in their regional configurations: the cited realme India listing has a 5,500mAh battery and 120W wired charging, while Motorola’s UK listing has a 6,000mAh battery, 90W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The camera hardware also varies by market. The available evidence does not establish a current, like-for-like price difference, so compare local versions and matching storage tiers before choosing.
Which specifications are being compared?
These figures come from manufacturer pages for particular markets, not one universal configuration. For realme, the main reference is its India specification page. Motorola’s UK and EMEA pages differ on some details, and its Japan product page lists another camera and battery configuration. Treat the table as a map of those listings, not a guarantee that every phone sold under the model name has the same hardware.

How do the performance and displays compare?
Chipsets do not settle the performance question
The realme India page names the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, while Motorola’s UK page names the Dimensity 8350 and its EMEA page uses the name Dimensity 8350 Extreme. Those specifications identify the listed chips, but do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, games, or sustained workloads. That would require comparable testing on the relevant regional models.

Both listings specify high-refresh-rate displays
The realme India model has a slightly larger listed screen at 6.78 inches, compared with 6.7 inches for Motorola’s UK/EMEA model. Both list a 120Hz refresh rate. The stated resolutions are 2780 × 1264 for realme and 2712 × 1220 for Motorola. Those numbers describe size and pixel count; they do not by themselves establish brightness in real use, color accuracy, or which screen looks better.

What changes in battery, charging, and durability?
Battery and charging figures depend on Motorola’s market variant
In the cited India listing, realme specifies a 5,500mAh typical-capacity battery with 120W wired charging. Motorola’s UK/EMEA pages instead list a 6,000mAh battery, 90W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Motorola Japan lists a 5,000mAh battery and 125W wired charging. These market-specific figures should not be averaged or treated as interchangeable. Battery capacity and charging wattage also do not prove which phone lasts longer or charges faster under the same conditions.
IP ratings describe protection, not invulnerability
realme’s Singapore page lists IP65, while Motorola’s UK/EMEA pages list IP68/IP69. These are different protection ratings, and they do not make either phone indestructible. Check the rating and warranty terms for the exact local model rather than assuming a specification from another region applies.
Rank #2
How do the camera systems differ?
The cited realme India configuration has a 50MP OIS main camera, an 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP telephoto camera, plus a 32MP front camera. Motorola’s Japan page lists a 50MP OIS main, a 50MP ultrawide/macro, a 10MP 3× optical telephoto with OIS, and a 50MP front camera. The descriptions show different hardware, but megapixel counts and lens labels are not a controlled comparison of photo or video quality. The cited material does not establish a camera-quality winner.

What does the software information establish?
The realme India page lists Android 14 with realme UI 5.0. Motorola’s UK page lists Android 15, while its EMEA page lists Android 16 and a commitment of three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance. Because the Motorola pages differ, confirm the software version and update commitment for the precise regional model and current support terms before buying. A page’s listed Android version may not reflect later updates.

Is there a real price difference?
No current, like-for-like price comparison is established for these phones. Motorola Japan’s June 23, 2025 launch notice announced ¥79,800 and planned availability from July 4, 2025; that is a historical Japan launch price, not a current quote or a comparison with realme in another market (Motorola Japan launch notice). Third-party comparison prices were inconsistent or appeared to mix configurations, so they do not support a reliable winner on price (price comparison evidence).
For a useful comparison, check authorized sellers in the market where you plan to buy and match the RAM and storage tier, seller type, warranty, and sale status. realme’s India page lists 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB RAM options and 256GB or 512GB storage, so a price for one tier should not be compared with a different tier. Verify Motorola’s local configuration in the same way.
Quick Recap
Which one should you buy?
- Consider the realme GT 6 if the India-listed configuration is the one available to you and its 120W wired charging or listed camera setup better fits your priorities. Check the exact local model and storage tier first.
- Consider the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if your local version’s wireless charging, listed IP68/IP69 protection, or published software-support commitment matters more to you. Confirm the regional specs because Motorola’s cited pages do not all describe the same configuration.
- Do not pick a performance, battery-life, or camera winner from these specifications alone. The cited evidence gives manufacturer specifications, not matched independent tests.
