The realme GT 6 has the stronger camera-hardware case, with a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera and 120 W charging. The iQOO Neo 10R offers a larger rated battery and can reach 144 Hz in supported games. Both are listed with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, so the choice is less about chipset generation and more about camera flexibility, battery capacity, display use and the price of the exact configuration you can actually buy.

realme GT 6 vs iQOO Neo 10R specs comparison

These specifications are for the India-market models. Manufacturer specifications describe stated capabilities, not a guarantee of performance in every app or usage pattern.

How the cameras differ

The GT 6 has a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera in addition to its main and ultra-wide cameras. The Neo 10R’s listed rear setup has a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide, with no dedicated telephoto camera listed. That makes the GT 6 the more flexible choice on paper if you often want a separate telephoto viewpoint. These specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos; image quality requires comparable testing.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs

The Neo 10R has the larger stated battery capacity: 6400 mAh, compared with the GT 6’s 5500 mAh typical capacity (5360 mAh minimum) on realme’s India specification page. Capacity alone does not prove longer battery life; screen settings, network conditions and workload also affect runtime.

The charging specifications point the other way: realme lists 120 W SUPERVOOC for the GT 6, while iQOO lists 80 W FlashCharge for the Neo 10R. iQOO claims a 50% charge in 26 minutes under controlled conditions using a test device at 1% charge, with the screen off, services mostly disabled, and the original charger and cable. Actual results can vary. Wattage by itself does not establish an exact charging time for either phone.

Display: everyday refresh rate versus supported-game peak

Both displays are listed at 6.78 inches. realme specifies an LTPO AMOLED panel at 2780 × 1264 with a refresh rate up to 120 Hz. The Neo 10R is listed at 1260 × 2800 and can reach 144 Hz in supported game scenarios. That 144 Hz figure is conditional, not a promise that every game or app will run at that rate.

Storage and software details to check

Match the storage tier before comparing

The GT 6 is listed with 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Neo 10R’s 128 GB option uses UFS 3.1, while its 256 GB option uses UFS 4.1, according to iQOO’s product information. Compare like-for-like capacity and confirm the storage type for the specific Neo 10R variant; the two capacities do not share the same listed standard.

Treat software versions as snapshots

realme’s specification page lists realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 for the GT 6, while Gadgets 360 lists Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15 for the Neo 10R. These are reported versions, not evidence of a future-update commitment. Check the software installed on the exact unit and the manufacturer’s current update policy if long-term support is important.

Price difference in India: the listed figures are not live offers

At the time of 91mobiles’ comparison snapshot, the page showed ₹27,999 for the GT 6 and ₹23,999 for the Neo 10R, a displayed difference of ₹4,000, with both listings marked out of stock. Those figures do not establish current prices or availability. Before buying, compare the same RAM and storage configuration where possible, then confirm the seller, stock status and offer terms. Prices can differ by variant, seller and promotion.

Which phone fits your priorities?

  • Choose the GT 6 if: a dedicated telephoto camera and higher stated charging wattage are more useful to you than a larger rated battery.
  • Consider the Neo 10R if: its larger rated battery, or its 144 Hz mode in supported games, better matches your priorities.
  • Compare carefully if storage matters: the Neo 10R’s 128 GB and 256 GB variants have different listed storage standards, and the GT 6’s listed options start at 256 GB.
  • Make price the deciding factor only after checking: the exact variant, seller, live stock and applicable offer. The comparison-page prices above are an out-of-stock snapshot, not a current checkout price.

Other regional details worth verifying

Gadgets 360’s comparison fields report NFC for the GT 6 but not the Neo 10R, and an IP65 rating for both. These are comparison-site listings, so verify the specifications for your region and exact unit if NFC or water-and-dust protection affects your decision.
