Neither phone is a clear winner on every spec. The realme C83 5G has a manufacturer-listed 6.8-inch 144Hz display, 13MP rear camera, 7000mAh typical battery and 15W maximum charging. Third-party comparison listings describe the Moto G37 Power 5G with a 50MP rear camera and 30W charging, but some Moto specifications conflict across sources. Prices are snapshots, not a reliable like-for-like gap: compare the same memory tier at the same seller before buying.
How the phones compare
The table separates realme’s published specifications from Moto details reported by comparison sites. Motorola’s India listing shows memory options and pricing, but the available result does not provide a complete model-specific specification sheet. Treat the Moto camera, display, charging and software details below as third-party listings rather than confirmed manufacturer specifications.
| Feature | realme C83 5G | Moto G37 Power 5G |
|---|---|---|
| Processor | MediaTek Dimensity 6300, according to realme | Not settled: Gadgets Now lists Dimensity 6400, while Gadgets360 lists Dimensity 6300. Confirm against a model-specific Motorola specification sheet before comparing chipsets. |
| Display | 6.8-inch LCD, 1570 × 720 resolution, refresh rate up to 144Hz, according to realme | Gadgets Now lists a 6.67-inch IPS LCD; a Motorola model-specific specification sheet was not available in the cited listing to confirm it. |
| Rear camera | 13MP, according to realme | 50MP in Gadgets Now and Gadgets360 comparison listings; not confirmed here by a Motorola specification sheet. |
| Front camera | 5MP, according to realme | Not stated in the cited Motorola listing. |
| Battery and charging | 7000mAh typical capacity; maximum 15W charging, according to realme | Comparison listings report 7000mAh and 30W charging; verify the charging specification with Motorola before relying on it. |
| Memory and storage | 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB listed in realme’s India store | Motorola’s India listing shows 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB options. |
| Software | realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16, according to realme | Android 16 is reported by Gadgets Now; Motorola’s cited listing does not establish the software version or update-support policy. |
| Other listed details | 5G bands, Wi-Fi 5, USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack; approximately 212g | Not stated in the cited Motorola listing. |

Display: realme publishes the clearer spec
The C83 combines a large 6.8-inch screen with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. A higher refresh rate can make supported scrolling and animations look smoother, but it does not mean every app or activity runs at 144 frames per second. The listed resolution is 1570 × 720, so buyers should weigh the screen size and smoothness against the modest pixel count.

The Moto’s 6.67-inch IPS LCD figure comes from a third-party comparison, not the cited Motorola listing. The available evidence is therefore insufficient for a fully verified display-to-display verdict. Check the exact model’s official specification before choosing based on screen size, resolution or refresh rate.
Cameras: megapixels are not a photo-quality test
realme specifies a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Comparison sites list a 50MP rear camera for the Moto. That gives the Moto the higher stated rear-camera resolution, but megapixel count alone does not establish better photographs: sensor, lens, image processing and shooting conditions also matter. The available sources do not provide controlled camera tests for these two phones.
Battery and charging: capacity is not endurance
realme lists a typical 7000mAh battery and maximum 15W charging for the C83. Third-party Moto listings also report 7000mAh, along with 30W charging. The Moto’s reported charging rate is higher, but should be checked with Motorola because it is not confirmed by the cited manufacturer listing.

Equal stated capacity does not prove equal battery life. Usage, screen settings, mobile-network conditions and test methods affect endurance, and no reliable controlled head-to-head battery test for these exact models is available here. realme advertises “6-Year Battery Health” as a theoretical calculation based on its lab data and an assumption of one charge per day, estimating more than 80% capacity after six years under normal-temperature conditions. That is a manufacturer claim, not an independent longevity test; see realme’s C83 product page.
Performance and software: verify the Moto variant before deciding
realme identifies the C83’s processor as MediaTek Dimensity 6300 and its software as realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16. The third-party Moto listings disagree on its processor—Dimensity 6400 in Gadgets Now and Dimensity 6300 in Gadgets360—so a chipset-based performance ranking would be premature. Android 16 is reported for the Moto by Gadgets Now, but the cited Motorola listing does not establish its update policy. Neither a processor name nor an operating-system version alone guarantees long-term speed or a particular period of software support.
Price difference: compare matching variants at one seller
The available prices do not establish a definitive price gap. realme’s India store displayed ₹19,999 (MRP ₹24,999) for the Blooming Purple C83 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, while also listing 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB versions. Motorola’s India listing displayed an offer price of ₹19,999 and MRP of ₹26,499 for the Moto G37 Power, but the result does not make clear which memory variant the offer applies to. Both are volatile listing snapshots, not guaranteed current prices.

Check each phone’s exact RAM/storage configuration and the final price at the same retailer and time; do not treat the two ₹19,999 snapshots as proof that equivalent versions cost the same. Choose the realme C83 5G if its confirmed specifications fit your priorities
- You want a manufacturer-confirmed 6.8-inch display with up to 144Hz refresh.
- You prefer specifications published directly by the manufacturer for the processor, cameras, battery, charging and software.
- You have checked the price for your desired C83 memory configuration rather than assuming the listed 4GB/64GB price applies to all versions.
Consider the Moto G37 Power 5G if its key claims check out before purchase
- A 50MP rear-camera specification or faster charging matters to you, and you confirm those details for the exact Moto model with Motorola or the seller.
- You find a Moto memory variant that matches the C83 configuration you are comparing and its current price is favorable.
- You can verify the processor, display details and software-support information from a model-specific Motorola source rather than relying on conflicting comparison entries.
Before ordering either phone, confirm the exact model name, memory tier, final seller price and return terms on the listing. For the Moto in particular, verify specifications that matter to your choice against official product documentation.
