The realme 16x 5G and Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G make different trade-offs: realme emphasizes a high-refresh-rate display and 45W charging, while Samsung offers a sharper Super AMOLED panel, rear-camera optical image stabilization (OIS), and a stated six-generation OS and six-year security support commitment. In India, realme’s store listing showed ₹28,999 for its 4GB+128GB model; a verifiable current Samsung price was not available, so a reliable price difference cannot be calculated.

Display: sharper detail or a higher refresh rate?
realme 16x 5G
realme’s Brazil-market specifications list a 6.8-inch LCD with 1570×720 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. That higher maximum refresh rate may make supported motion appear smoother, while the HD+ resolution provides less pixel detail than Samsung’s FHD+ panel. The refresh-rate figure alone does not establish how every app or task will look or perform.
Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G
Samsung India lists a 6.7-inch-class Super AMOLED display at 1080×2340 and up to 120Hz. Its higher resolution is the clearer specification advantage for fine detail; the realme’s listed maximum refresh rate is higher. Which matters more depends on whether you prioritize resolution and panel type or the highest stated refresh rate.

Cameras: Samsung lists OIS on the rear
Rear cameras
Samsung’s India product specifications list a 50MP+5MP+2MP rear-camera system and optical image stabilization. realme’s Brazil specifications identify a 50MP main rear camera. The megapixel figures and camera count do not, by themselves, show which phone takes better photos; the cited specifications do not provide comparable independent image tests.
Front cameras
The cited realme Brazil specification lists a 5MP front camera, while Samsung lists 12MP. Resolution alone cannot predict selfie quality, but Samsung has the higher stated front-camera resolution.

Battery and charging: verify the local realme version
realme’s Brazil specifications list a typical 6600mAh battery and charging support up to 45W. Its India store listing instead advertises a typical 7000mAh battery and 45W charging. Samsung India lists a typical 6000mAh battery. These are manufacturer-listed capacities, not measured battery-life results; actual endurance cannot be concluded from capacity figures alone. Confirm the battery specification for the exact regional SKU you are considering.

Processor information
realme identifies the Dimensity 6300 in both its Brazil specifications and India store listing. Samsung’s cited specifications state a 2.4GHz/1.8GHz octa-core processor but do not identify its chipset model. Without comparable independent testing, these details do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, gaming, or sustained workloads.

Samsung’s stated update commitment
Samsung says the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G will receive six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates, counted from its first global launch date. The cited realme materials do not establish a comparable support duration, so the figures should not be treated as a like-for-like support comparison.
Price difference in India: what is established
The realme India Store listing showed ₹28,999 for the 4GB+128GB realme 16x 5G, with ₹48,999 displayed as MRP. The selling price and offers can change, and the figure applies only to that listed configuration and market at the time checked. The same store also listed 6GB+128GB and 6GB+256GB options.

- 256GB Storage, 8GB RAM, microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot)
- Android 16, Realme UI 7.0, Mediatek Dimensity 6400 Turbo (6 nm), Octa-core (2x2.5 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55)

Samsung India’s official purchase page identifies a 6GB/128GB variant, but the cited page did not provide a verifiable current selling price. Samsung also lists an 8GB/256GB variant. Because the available prices are not verified for matching configurations and current offers, there is no dependable numeric price gap to report. Check both official listings for the exact memory configuration and live offer before deciding. Sources: realme India Store and Samsung India purchase page.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the realme 16x 5G if its listed 144Hz maximum refresh rate and up-to-45W charging fit your priorities, and you have confirmed the specifications and price for your regional model.
- Choose the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G if you prefer the listed FHD+ Super AMOLED display, rear-camera OIS, or Samsung’s stated OS and security update commitment.
- Compare prices only after matching the market and configuration. The known realme India figure is for 4GB+128GB; Samsung’s current price was not verified in the cited purchase information.
Neither phone can be declared the overall performance, camera, or battery-life winner from these specifications alone. Those conclusions require comparable tests and, for realme, a confirmed regional version.
