The realme 16T 5G is the stronger fit if you value a larger battery, faster stated charging and a high refresh rate; the Moto g max 5G has the sharper reported display and an ultra-wide rear camera. A 91mobiles snapshot showed the realme at ₹29,999 and the Moto at ₹27,599, but those listings are not a dependable current price comparison. Check live prices for matching India variants before choosing.

Which phone has the better display?
The Moto g max 5G has the advantage in reported resolution: its 1080 × 2400 Full HD+ panel should render fine text and detailed images more sharply than the realme 16T 5G’s 720 × 1570 HD+ screen. The realme display is slightly larger at 6.8 inches and is specified for up to 144Hz, compared with 120Hz reported for the Moto. Higher refresh rates can make supported scrolling and animation look smoother, but do not compensate for lower pixel density when sharpness is the priority.

How do the cameras differ?
The clearest hardware distinction is the secondary rear camera. Comparison sources report an 8MP ultra-wide camera on the Moto g max 5G, useful when you want to fit more people or scenery into a frame. realme’s official regional specification lists a 2MP monochrome secondary camera alongside its 50MP main camera, rather than an ultra-wide. Both phones are reported with 50MP main cameras, but megapixel counts alone do not establish photo quality.
The Moto is also reported to have a 32MP front camera, versus 16MP on the realme. That is a resolution difference, not proof of better selfies; sensor, processing and lighting also affect results, and no comparative camera test is established here.

Battery, charging and performance
Battery and charging
realme specifies an 8,000mAh typical battery (7,780mAh rated) and 45W SuperVOOC charging for the 16T 5G. Comparison pages report 7,000mAh and 30W charging for the Moto g max 5G. On listed capacity and charging rate, realme leads. Capacity and wattage do not predict a guaranteed screen-on time or charging duration; actual results depend on use, settings and charging conditions, and no independent endurance test is established here.

realme lists the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, while comparison sites identify a Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 in the Moto. 91mobiles displayed AnTuTu scores of 633,631 for realme and 807,683 for Moto, as well as PCMark battery results of 17h 41m and 18h 15m respectively. These are publisher-reported figures, not independent testing for this article; the displayed scores should not be treated as a guarantee of everyday speed or endurance, particularly without a matching test-method explanation.

Memory, storage and durability
The realme Philippines specification lists 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage, with storage expansion supported. Comparison reporting lists the Moto with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, without listing expansion. These are not confirmed India configurations, so check the seller’s exact RAM/storage variant and whether a memory card is supported before comparing prices.
realme India advertises IP69 Pro water resistance and military-grade shock resistance; Gadgets360 reports IP64 for the Moto. These ratings and claims have different scopes and are not a promise that either phone is safe in every exposure to water, dust or impact. Follow each manufacturer’s care and warranty terms rather than treating a rating as permission for immersion or rough handling.

India price difference: why the snapshot is not a live verdict
When accessed, 91mobiles displayed ₹29,999 for the realme 16T 5G and ₹27,599 for the Moto g max 5G—a ₹2,400 difference in that snapshot. These are dynamic displayed prices, not fixed launch or market prices; other search results showed different amounts. Treat the gap as historical context only, not a current saving or recommendation.

For a fair purchase comparison, check both listings at the same time, in India, for the same storage tier where available. Verify whether the shown amount includes an offer, exchange condition or bank discount, and confirm warranty, seller and exact model name. A lower headline price can reflect a different configuration or promotion.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the realme 16T 5G if you prioritize its stated 8,000mAh typical battery, 45W charging, 144Hz maximum refresh rate, or expandable storage—after confirming the India variant has those specifications.
- Choose the Moto g max 5G if a sharper reported Full HD+ panel or an 8MP ultra-wide camera matters more to you than the realme’s listed battery and charging advantages.
- Compare live listings before deciding on value. The available price snapshot does not establish which phone is currently cheaper for equivalent configurations.
Because the detailed realme specification cited here is from the Philippines site while the price comparison is India-focused, confirm the India SKU, included accessories, network compatibility and local warranty with the seller. The realme page also notes that dimensions and weight can vary by market or configuration, and NFC support may differ by market.
